Hotel Panoramic Montepulciano

This hotel is really great for families. The rooms are: Comfortable Clean Spacious And some have lovely views and terraces. It is nice and quiet. There is a pool and beautiful views. The staff was very courteous and professional. The views from the area where you eat are stunning! The price is reasonable. You need a car to get around the area Only negatives: They do supply breakfast and are very generous with the amount of cakes and cookies and assorted drinks. However the food is somewhat mediocre. It would also be nice to maybe have fresh fruit or something. The pool tho lovely was not heated. This is a very minor issue since once you get inside it feels ok. However do not let these stop you. I really recommend this hotel for a lovely stay!

The hotel has an amazing location on the top of hill with unique views (unable to describe, just see it!). Nor far from the city of Montepulciano, however a series of curves and no pavements make the walk risky. A car or a public transport are necessary to travel safely. 1. The staff is very kind and eager to solve all issues. At the time of booking they discussed with us the details of all room types to avoid any disappointment. During the check-in all rules were explained. They helped us to call a taxi driver (we do not speak Italian), recommended local food, best parking lot in Siena, etc. Perfect English. Important, when you don’t speak Italian. 2. The rooms. Many depends on the room type, its location and size. All are clean, the cleaning staff visits them every day. Towels and bedclothes were changed frequently. Air conditioning worked effectively, on demand (operated from the reception), however its need strongly depends on the room location (the best have sunny mornings and a hot atmosphere). We had a room with a side view and needed it once. Some rooms have a small number of power outlets (important, when children need to charge everything…). 3. Breakfasts. You can choose either sweet or savory version, or both. Not many place to have a breakfast in the morning (there is a need to schedule it the day before). However, it’s a very pleasant experience - amazing views, the rising sun, lizards, squirrels, birds, etc. 4. Amenities. Table tennis, tennis, swimming pool. No bar, no restaurant. All eating outside the hotel. Not a flaw, hundreds of places serve excellent local food and wine. But you need a way of transport. On foot is possible, but very hot… 5. Mosquitoes. There are many. If you or your child are fragile or allergic, prepare repellents. Evenings and nights are with mosquitoes. Not a hotel specific feature, they’re everywhere. In general, it’s a very quiet and lovely place to sleep and rest after visiting picturesque Tuscany. I was amazed with the silence in the night. No tourists walking in the street below the window, no city events. Just silence. Again, we thank the staff for their kindness and a very pleasant stay.

Che dire esperienze pessima! Nella nostra stanza non c'era la TV...credo che nel XXI secolo sia alquanto insolito, ma questo è il minimo. In un hotel a 3 stelle per quanto economico possa essere credo sia più' che normale e doveroso mettere a disposizione gli asciugamani (camera doppia asciugamani solo per 1 persona ) Sanitari che perdono acqua!!! (Allego foto) Acqua fredda! Presa vicino al letto assente Doppio cuscino assente Polvere ovunque! ( Allego foto) Ragnatele (Allego foto) Bevande assenti in stanza.... ma solo distributori esterni ! Colazione scarsa , niente buffet ma solo un vassoio già disposto sul tavolo con poche cose confezionate,per una colazione salata c'è un supplemento di 20 € a persona . Il personale ? Il ragazzo alla reception tanto gentile da provocare una viva reazione di risentimento. ....Il vostro lavoro occuperà una parte rilevante delle vostre vite, e l’unico modo per esserne davvero soddisfatti sarà fare un gran bel lavoro. E l’unico modo di fare un gran bel lavoro è amare quello che fate!!!!! il personale di questo albergo non credo sia a conoscenza di questo! Faccio anche io questo lavoro e credo senza ombra di esitazione che non ci siano le basi e la professionalità.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel due notti, camera quadrupla ampia e luminosa, bagno con doppio lavabo con doccia spaziosa. Tutto pulito. Sala colazione con una bellissima vista. Colazione servita e ben fornita, la signora che serve la colazione è davvero molto gentile passava più volte a chiedere se i ragazzi volessero altro. Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare i dintorni. Consigliato.

Location ben tenuta e in ordine, datata ma aggiornata in varie parti. Servizi in linea con quanto promesso in fase di prenotazione. La nostra camera era priva di aria condizionata, ma vista la fresca giornata estiva non è stato assolutamente un problema. Questa era anche priva di tv, soluzione che personalmente apprezzo sempre quando alloggio per pochi giorni. I servizi forniti sono essenziali, non c’è un servizio bar, la colazione all’italiana è servita su vassoio nel bel giardino panoramico, tempo permettendo. Non c’è possibilità di scelta (come specificato nelle descrizioni di prenotazione), caffè e derivati sono delle macchinette presenti in varie parti dell’albergo. La posizione è comoda per molte mete attrattive e il parcheggio in struttura non è mai un problema.

Struttura ben curata, camere spaziose e moderne con balcone abitabile. Personale educato e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Unico "neo", almeno per i nostri gusti, è la colazione servita e quindi non a buffet. Consigliato per tutti coloro che amano relax e riposo.
