The hotel and staff were wonderful. The restaurant was very good. We had dinner, lunch, and breakfast at the restaurant and enjoyed all of them. Only one downside, there was some kind of noise at night - we think it may have been trees banging against the roof of our room. It was loud enough it kept us up at night.

Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff both at reception and restaurant. Exceptional service. Rooms are beautiful and so clean. Very original set up with rooms spread out around property. Very scenic. It is hard to get to the hotel without transportation but the staff helps with everything and a taxi ride to the town is very inexpensive. So many tours that they arrange for you - all great. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, excellent staff, and excellent hotel. The restaurant view is amazing. We only stayed one night. I should have made at least 3 nights.

The property, food and staff were outstanding. We are planning to return to try out their new pool that they were just finishing up.

Lovely little hotel. We saw more wildlife at the reserve nextdoor than nearly anywhere on a trip. There was a sloth and baby that could be seen from the dining room all three days we were there. The staff was wonderful, especially Juan, Aaron, and Rachel.

This was the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel! Their attention to detail with our names, and the small gestures to make my kids feel special were amazing! Aaron was so great to take care of us everyday we were there. The room was beautiful and the food was excellent! We would definitely come back to this hotel!

Small, friendly beautiful hotel. Restaurant is gorgeous with spectacular views across to the pacific. Staff were excellent. Very well run. Manager, Marco has excellent recommendations of activities and tailored to us. We were in cabin that felt like we were hanging from the trees. Such a special place.

The attention of the staff was second to none. Besides being helpful they were so friendly.
They made us feel special! Remembering our names was the icing on the cake!
It was one of the nicest hotel stays we have ever experienced.
