We stayed here 2 nights while on our first vacation to Uruguay. We found the hotel to have clean, very quiet, spacious, and comfortable rooms. The small indoor pool was clean and the right temperature. We enjoyed our breakfast too. Omelettes were made to order. The menu did not vary in our 2 mornings. We also had appetizers in the restaurant one evening. All the food was good. Staff spoke good English and were very accommodating to our requests. We had to be out of our rooms by noon but they made us comfortable in a small conference until our airport pickup 2 hours later. The location was okay with a mall next door where we could get wine and snacks. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. It had a safe and a mini fridge. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower with water pressure that was just okay. The room (1002) also had great views of the colorful Montevideo sunrises and an unexpected bonus was being able to watch Montevideo's New Year's Eve fireworks display from the balcony of the room. The hotel also offered room service. I would stay there again.

Wonderful hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was really great. We lovef the views. It had a spacious bathroom and was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is huge and the selection was great which eggs made to order. In addition they have great staff- so we would really recommend this hotel.

The service is superb and the rooms are first class the staff was most courteous and professional. The rooms are very well maintained and the cleanliness is top notch. Great location close to the Ramblas and shopping mall. It is also a pick up hotel for various tour companies and has rental car pick up on premises!

We had a wonderful stay - the staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the facilities top notch. The attached shopping was very convenient.

I hope that this hotel understands that needs a major update/renovation Our suites were fine in the sixteen floor with great views My room had the furniture jaded with stains Only one phone out of two that usually have I spent the whole stay with the phone not working (the policy we will make it right did not happen) I had to use my personal phone to contact my partner My TV had the volume super low Had to call two times and was finally fixed Both remote controls with wasted batteries We had breakfast included but we gave up after the first day The staff looks like tired upset to be there The quality of pastries as croissants and breads are super lame No spoons for your coffee The excused using the COVID but saw coffee spoons in room service lame cold cuts cold eggs and uncooked bacon I asked the girl in the stand to cook it well and it was returned in the same way raw pork us unhealthy (policy to make it right did not exist) The front desk staff is great but the seating area is a shame with old and stained seats This is a great property but a renovation is needed and the restaurant needs new staff and Chef

The hotel itself is a good reliable Hilton Garden Inn with all of the usual amenities - free waters, fridge, great desk, etc. The Front Desk Staff was THE BEST! Excellent English. Excellent suggestions. Housekeeping was great. Bed and pillows were great. You have access from the hotel right into the shopping mall. Starbucks and other restaurants are steps away. A quick walk to the boardwalk and Montevideo sign. 10 minutes by Uber to Old Town or Punta Carretas mall (an old jail that was converted to a shopping mall).
