Great hotel regarding location and amenities. Staff were helpful when needed. Valet parking is convenient and not that expensive. I’m definitely returning to this hotel in the future.

Hôtel confortable mais relativement mal placé. Nous sommes sur une grande avenue mais pour trouver un restaurant intéressant, pour prendre un verre ou simplement un café - preparez-vous pour devoir marcher une bonne dizaine de minutes. Effet de la pandémie ? Peut-être parce que plusieurs bars sympathiques annoncés sur Google Maps n’existent plus.

Hôtel confortable, chambre spacieuse, doté d’une belle salle de gym et d’une piscine ouverte. Un petit-déjeuner particulièrement cher, un emplacement un peu sans intérêt - beaucoup de restos dans cette zone ont fermé leurs portes pendant la pandémie, il nous faut marcher jusqu’à la rue saintecatherine par exemple !

Front lobby staff were very helpful and friendly. They made recommendations for places we wanted to see and experience. Language was not an issue as they are fully bilingual.

Our stay was lovely. It was our first time in Montreal and we were so glad to choose this hotel. The staff were so helpful and kind. We had our room cleaned every day even if we didn't ask for it. The staff at the front desk took care of our concerns fast and provided us with info about the city and where to go for local cuisine. Shopping was very near by and awesome. Recommend this hotel 10 out of 10.
