Hyatt Place Montreal Downtown

Great place, linked to the Metro!

Customer service wasn’t the greatest but the room is spacious and modern. The complimentary breakfast was good with limited selection. The location of the hotel is convenient but do have to be more cautious when walking during the night time.

The hotel was beautiful, efficiently run, spotless, and very comfortable. Parking was reasonable at 23.00 per day! Free breakfast was included! Walking distance to many of the sites we visited and Metro Station nearby! Highly recommend and would stay there again on our next trip!

Spent 3 nights at the hotel. Very close to a metro station and adjoining to a mini groceries store.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Prime location so tourist can cover most attractions by Staying at Hyatt place downtown. Staff are cordial, informative and helpful.

The hotel was lovely. My only issue was with food (besides breakfast). There are no real good and healthy options around. There is a mall food court that you are left with option wise and the food sucks, as well as the atmosphere around it. The Hotel should start serving meal options besides breakfast. Lastly, my room was gorgeous my only complaint is the walls above the bed need to be dusted, in the light the dust spots can be seen clear as day, well in my room at least.

Really nice Hotel , clean, good breakfast, We stayed on 20 fl city side view. Parking fee we have to pay. Staff nice . You can walk trough hotel to supermarket and Starbucks coffee with out going outside the building. Sauna nice and pool also. We enjoyed whole stay in Canada.

Parking was hard to navigate and it doesnt make sense to have parking opposite to the hotel. Otherwise good services and selective options. Very clean room

Staff were very friendly and hotel was very clean. Our only issue was in trying to use the pool and sauna during our stay. The indoor, guest only pool was being used for children’s swimming lessons, which we were not informed of prior. They had the door propped open with a towel, so we believe they were not guests. It was difficult to enjoy this amenity with the loud screaming. The whole pool was being taken up by these lessons and all chairs were taken by the parents. We just wish we would have been informed of this during check-in to be able to plan a swim around this. These lessons appeared to go against the written pool rules such as a maximum of 10 people swimming and that the pool is for guests only.
