I had an emergency and never be hosted there, the hotel charge me two rooms for a week!!!

其實住起來真的挺舒服的，房間的床很好，還有一個很舒服的沙發，位置有點偏，沒有車不是很方便，酒店很大，如果安排的房間比較遠的話 出門比較費勁

******* canceled my reservation at midnight the day I was supposed to check in. When I called the hotel, they said ******* did it, ******* said the hotel overbooked. Either way, we were cancelled just 12 hours before arrival, which is beyond frustrating. Neither the hotel or ******* was helpful.

Fantastic place, we would have stayed longer if possible. Requested main dish not on menu and got excellent result. Short drive to Durham but guess that is required if you stay at a castle.

Very convenient with decent rooms. Unfortunately, our bathroom sink didn’t work. Overall, fine for short stay.

The hotel definitely has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff at the desk for check in was also very friendly and helpful. I did need to change rooms because bed linens weren’t clean in the first room but they did a good job of getting me into another room even though they were sold out.
The only thing that I didn’t like was how much you could hear other people in the hallway and also from other rooms.
