Overall very good experience. Good infrastructure, location, ambience and services. Food was good but a bit costly. Recommended for family and business stay.

This hotel is of the worst and old quality. This hotel has nothing to do with it so I suggest not to book this hotel

Very bad experience. Zero marks for cleanliness. Even no water in bathroom. Manual bucket with water was provided as there was no water from tap.

There was no flush water in toilet. Cleaness was not there. Very bad room provide by makemytrip. We had expectations. But it was just terrible

It's a terrible property. Having no ac, no geyser. Full of dust and smell. No towel and dirty linen.

Very bad e. Very bad experience. In this situation make my trip no help to the guest. Afterall no resolution of my complained. Very dirty room. No room service available there. Frequently powercut. I pay parking 180 rs. / per night extra. Bedsheet and pillow are dirty. No comfortable bed matters. Staff behaviour are very rude.

Even after the advance booking and confirmation, the room was not available on reaching the hotel and was shifted to another low quality hotel by property owner which was of not good quality.
