Everything was great. The only bad experience was that the pool was kind of dirty.

We always go back to this hotel mainly because of the amazing views of the city, the beautiful grounds and the restaurant. The food is one of the best in Morelia at affordable prices and the waiters are always welcoming and friendly. They always make us feel like home. The rooms are rustic and nice, nothing fancy but we like the style. We just wish they'd let us use the fireplace during winter. Can't wait to be back!

Beautiful grounds with fantastic view of the city. The staff were very friendly and overall very good value. I highly recommend this hotel.

Love the view and scenery. Unfortunately when you chose a colonial or older hotel sometimes warm water is a issue, and it was. I also don't like finding long woman hair on my bed or pillow case. I also like the convenience of going aa I please Unfortunately here you have someone opening and closing the gate

Fabulous gardens & view overlooking Morelia's historic center with the beautiful Cathedral & the park with the zoo. Located on a hill in a great part of town. We took a taxi down to join the enthusiastic crowds for the night of Sept 15th's EL GRITO! Viva Mexico!

Very pretty property, fun staff… lovely. Water pressure… not so much. Delicious & wide selection of buffet breakfast.

This is a beautiful rustic well maintained hotel. Amazing views of the city. Restaurant was amazing as well. Everything is very well kept, clean, and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend. There’s also plenty of parking in case you have a rental car.
