Nice hotel with friendly staff

시설이나 방 상태 등 머물기 좋았습니다. 출장 시 이용하였는데 가족 혹은 친구들과 이용하기도 좋을 듯 합니다. 다시 온다면 재방문하도록 하겠습니다.

They assigned me a room with a non/functional heating/ AC system. The receptionist suggested plugging it back in, since previous guests had probably unplugged it. No result. When I went back again, the receptionist found an open repair order for the unit in my room. So, the hotel had assigned me that room with prior knowledge that the unit was out of order.
I find that inexcusable!

Room was very comfortable, view was really nice. Everything was very well kept and clean. The hotel has Direct TV so if you want TV you have options. Overall everything was great and they have great service. Would definitely come again.

Service was great - staff were pleasant and professional. Lobby tea and coffee service was very welcome. Breakfast was simple but as-advertised. The building, room, and property were a bit old but were clean and neat.

Location is great but hotel is very old with low water pressure, paper thin walls, and plenty of doors slamming. Parking on site and location are good. Some update if some rooms but carpet was sketchy and beds a bit sagging. Overall not a good night with lots of noise from neighbors.

Room is remodeled and updated but the air conditioner and heater is very old and very noisy. Bed is too soft and saggy

Brian was very friendly and contacted me prior to arriving to ask if we needed anything. Check in with Brian went smoothly. He had local knowledge about restaurants. The breakfast lady ? was very nice and had the breakfast area decorated for Christmas as well as clean and well stocked.
We had a wonderful experience and will go back when we are in the area.
