Pros:
The location it's nice and quiet.
Friendly staff.
Quality of Food.
Cleanliness
Cons:
The Wifi quality it's horrible, one of the worst I experienced.
The Towels were pretty old and hard.
Rooms need to be updated.
Lack of transport to and from the town center.

Cut place, great view to the ocean. Good pull. Absolutely friendly personal. What would I improve or add? Why 4? Would be nice to have more furry beach towels. And reduce portions on the restaurant. Yes, yes, they are too big. At least for women😜.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the beach. Well appointed with lovely reception and housekeeping staff. The problem was the bar and pool staff. I've never encountered such bad service. The level was so below standard that I can only assume they are all new. My advice would be to retrain the bar and pool staff. Maybe even have the breakfast lady to give them a few pointers. She managed the entire dinning area by herself and no one was kept waiting. Its a pity because the hotel has such great potential.

The hotel, excellent, the location, superb and the people, the best. We stayed only two days, but if you want to enjoy the island and hotel, you need a minimum of five. Even, if you need WiFi, you have it in every room, not only in common areas.

We arrived at noon. Our room was ready at 2PM. We ordered drinks and food from the restaurant. There was only one bartender so drinks were slow. Food was decent. This hotel seems to split the island between loud and quiet. Great location.

La posada es excelente. Nos hospedamos en la 4ta playa y las habitaciones son hermosas. Tienen un carrito que te traslada a la 3era playa que es donde está el lobby y sirven desayuno. Muy amables todos, el desayuno es completo y rico. Muy atentos con el servicio. Recomiendo!

Lugar surreal de bom, nota 10 em todos os aspectos, todos os funcionários super educados e receptivos ,mas uma funcionária chama bastante atenção pela sua carisma e ótimo atendimento "funcionária Vanessa" ótima funcionária, parabéns a pousada caeira , perfeição em tudo , com certeza voltarei mas vezes pra morro de são Paulo e vou querer ficar na mesma pousada!!

Tudo excelente, atendimento diferenciado desde a recepção até o restaurante com drinks e pratos excepcionais, essa foi nossa segunda vez aqui e voltaremos mais vezes. Organização e limpeza dos ambientes acima da média. Passando dias inesquecíveis mais uma vez.

Divina posada, frente a una de las mejores playas. Instalaciones de calidad, habitaciones enormes y con buen gusto, el parque que tiene es hermoso, la piscina, y los cubiculos para instal**** a metros del agua son hermosos y muy bien pensados. Son todos tremendamente amables, la verdad, el mejor lugar para qued**** en Morro de san Pablo. La comida del restaurante es muy buena, el único detalle es que son lennnntos que da miedo para servir la comida, hay que pedirla apenas uno empieza a pensar que va a tener un poco de hambre en algun momento.
