Accommodation excellent, beds comfy love the long pillows, balcony view brilliant, we were all inclusive we found the food plentiful lots of choices, also beer or wine or sodas, all we mean all staff very friendly and very helpful. NO AIRCON TERRIBLE FOOD TATTY No air con in the room. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed in without air con. Room was way too hot all day and night. Food was basic poor quality/quantity with limited selection. I’ve stayed in plenty of 3 star all inclusive hotels booked through multiple agents/suppliers and they’ve all been brilliant. Lunch/dinner was always a selection of one fish with one meat option. Poor choice of salad and limited veg. Desserts were poor too. Biscuits in custard were a standard. The pool had multiple missing tiles. The lock to my balcony door broke off on day one. I reported it twice but nothing happened so I couldn’t lock the door all week. One day the emptied rubbish bags were left on the worktop of the kitchen all day in the heat. The appliances in the room were antique. I would say that the staff were friendly and polite and tried their best but the fundamental issues with the hotel were outside of their control.

Good hotel with pleasant staff, food is good for what you pay, enough selection always something to eat, help yourself to alcohol, nice pool area, plenty of sunbeds, large balcony and bedroom, air conditioning was free although not very powerful but enough to cool room. Some maintenance jobs around hotel needed doing such as loose handgrip in shower, socket falling off wall in kitchen, toilets in main reception had no working light for whole week, vending machine was faulty. Beach is just across the road and is a great beach, clear blue sea and stretches a few miles, road outside can have fast traffic and saw an accident with two cars colliding, always use the crossing just a short walk down, nice quiet resort no noisy bars, the pool bar at night is a bit boring only entertainment one night a week and the bar shuts at eleven for all inclusive, could at least play some music or install a big TV, unbranded spirits Irish cream was nice, San Miguel on draft, red wine was ok, plastic glasses which is undertandable by the pool, no unruly English about which was a bonus. Some small biting flies when we there by the pool but not mosquitoes, use repellant.

Lovely staff limited all inclusive food a drinks room spotless and cleaned every day no entertainment which was poor think the pool needs a bit of a revamp but very clean plenty of sun beds no kettle in the room but hire one,but had a nice time thanks

Super hotel great service . Good value for the price . Clean room,super staff . Remember it is a 3star all inclusive . Well worth it 2nd time for us n qe will be back . N just 2 min walk to the beach. Good food clean rooms . Lots of bar selection. Perfect

Nice little find,so close to the gorgeous beach,staff very helpful,the hotel kept lovely and clean,the rooms/ apartments very spacious,the beds very comfortable,The pool area has loads of beds,no need for all the early towel stuff. This is only a 3 star so the food was satisfactory a little samey,no entertainment at night,of which we didn't mind.If your looking for luxury book a 5 ☆ ,this little hotel has all you need for a quiet relaxing stay,I'd return, it grew on us as the week went on

We stayed at the Jandia Luz all inclusive for a week and it was better than we expected. The rooms are dated and the whole hotel could do with an update but, it is very clean and the cleaning staff are all kind and friendly and are more than happy to help if you need anything. Thank you to Teresa and Alicia who cleaned our rooms. On the last three nights, we had torrential rain and the water came through in to the bathroom. We approached the front desk and the staff were very helpful and after the maintenance guy came up, they quickly decided to move our room with no hesitation and they were very apologetic. The food for being all inclusive was a lot better than expected. If you are travelling with children don't panic as there is always chips, pizza or burgers or chicken nuggets available. The menu does repeat throughout the week as you would expect in all inclusive. If you want 5* gourmet menu then pay for it! My only criticism was on a couple of nights there were fish only options and as I have an allergy to seafood we had to go elsewhere for food but that was not a big problem. You won't struggle to get a sun lounger around the pool at any point during the day, there are always plenty available. The pool bar does have Coca cola brand soft drinks included but the spirits are not import they are local alternatives, again as you would expect. You can buy imported spirits though such as Jack Daniels and Gordons Gin etc. All the staff at the hotel are kind and friendly and I would not hesistate in staying here again. You are literally across the road from one of the most beautiful beaches in Fuerteventura. On thursdays there is a market next door to the hotel which is worth a look around too. Fantastic hotel. Very clean. Food on all levels very good, Even got to tell the head Chef how nice it all was. Pool and bar staff very welcoming. And access the road was the most beautiful beach and the water was amazing. All local bars and restaurants good and nothing was over priced.

We loved our holiday at blue sea there were no faults with anything all staff were lovely room was great and domestic came in every day the food was good too enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to go back next year it is situated in the perfect place not far to walk to the lovely shops plus just across the road and up a bit is the most beautiful beach
