Arbat Inn hotel is a new hotel in the centre of Moscow, which opened its doors to guests in July 2017. The hotel offers accommodation in 46 rooms and includes 5 categories from Economy to Suite. The hotel is located in a quiet Kamennaya Sloboda lane in a 2-minute walk from the Smolenskaya metro station, in a separate 4-storey building.
The hotel has its own territory, which is under round-the-clock video surveillance, where by prior arrangement guests can park their car. All hotel receptionists are fluent in English and Russian. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Items will be delivered to the room by the hotel staff.
All rooms are equipped with modern furniture and appliances. Beds in Arbat Inn hotel are equipped with orthopedic mattresses, each room has individual air conditioning, flat-screen TV (most rooms have TV with Internet access (SMART)) and a telephone. The bathrooms come with hairdryers, bath amenities and fluffy towels.
For convenience, there is a luggage storage room where guests can store belongings.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Mosquito Control Measures, Room Layout, Natural Light in the Room, Corridor Soundproofing, Nearby Restaurants, Value for Money; Very bad condition ! Bad recommendation, most worst hotel in my life ! Never book this hotel again !!!

酒店非常好，房間舒適，早餐豐富，前台很貼心，在網上預訂或發郵件給酒店都能及時解決問題，我們特殊情況多住了一些天，要離店那天酒店滿房，而我們行程有變化，酒店幫安排其他住宿，太周到。

打掃衞生不及時，而且已經通知前台打掃衞生了的情況下過了1個多小時才過來。沒有拖鞋，沒有牙刷，沒有燒水壺，窗外很吵

入境卡丟了費了很大週摺才住進去，這個酒店在阿爾巴特大街後面第二幢，很難找，對面是很大的ittle酒店，攜程網價格553有點不值，實際3000盧布差不多，房間衞生一般般，衞生間比較狹窄，床還好1.5米！都取名阿爾巴特酒店，實際差別很大！

Супер расположен, доброжелательный персонал. Смущает отсутсвие пандуса и лифта но для молодых и гостей без большого багажа это не проблема

I visited Moscow by myself. Due to the sanctions I could not send a deposit to the hotel, but they waited for my arrival, assisted me in the wifi password, explained to me everything with patience. They speak a wonderful English, even though I spoke (or at least I tried to) spoke Russian. The hotel is super clean, the room and the bathroom are very clean. Silent, comfortable. I had to visit the city, so to me this Inn was perferct. Breakfast rich and the position is very close to the Metro Station Smolenskaya. I suggest you this hotel. Thank to the staff and the manager.
