This hotel is at a very central location, convenient to get to both the Old Town and train station. The room is very clean and modern, my biggest complaint is that the curtain is not blackout, so for someone sensitive to light like myself struggle to sleep well, this does seem to be quite common in BiH though to use non-blackout curtain. The breakfast at this hotel is decent with a handful of choices, what I enjoyed most is the swimming pool and the sauna in the basement, despite it is a small boutique hotel, so it was never crowded due to the small number of rooms here.
PS: This hotel is on the Muslim side of Mostar, so alcohol is banned.

I loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly accommodating and had impeccable customer service skills. They were some of the friendliest I have ever encountered. The location was an easy walk to tourist attractions as well as the bus station, yet tucked away enough that it was quiet. The pool and sauna facilities are impeccable- small but with a cozy a**osphere. I highly recommend staying here!

The hotel is excellent! Location is unbeatable, in a quiet street very near the Unesco protected area in the old town. The pool and sauna are great to relax after a long day. Breakfast is good. A great plus is that they have single rooms which gives great value for money for solo travellers.

We were delighted to stay in this lovely calm hotel which is very conveniently situated for visiting the old town. The air conditioning was perfect especially as temperatures outside were very high. The room, although not large, was perfectly adequate and the fridge in the room was a welcome addition. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped. Staff were friendly and thanks to Demir for arranging transport to and from the train station at short notice. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no way you can get to hotel via gps as the road to hotel is one way..I called three times to hotel they picked up at the first time and they hang up afterwards..They didnt respond to my other calls..I had to park my car 1,5 km away to an illegal parking guy and had to walk with the luggages..When ı got to hotel there was a gentleman with glasses ı asked him why he didnt pick up he showed me his cellphone and said nobody called..The worst part is he made fun of the situation in local language with his friends there which was very rude..Then I tried to explain the situation he didnt even listen and asked for credit card..When ı go to room there was a big pile of dirty laundry and trash..I put them out of the room and they were still there the next day..the only positive thing is the ladies servimg breakfast who were professionals compared to guy at reception..

This shows a 4 star rating but should be less than 2 stars. It is EXTREMELY BASIC. Parking is a nigh**are and it a very tight squeeze. There is just one person at the front desk wearing many hats. The room is very small and the bathroom is tiny, with a shower cubicle that leaked all the water onto the floor outside. Only shower gel packets, no shampoo or conditioner or lotion. Towels were dull and grey not white. The carpet in the rooms/hotel were dated and sad. The only positive was that this location is great, very close to market place and Mostar bridge.

Really nice hotel in the middle of old town with parking. A bit tricky to get there though, you have to drive on a walking street and ignore some traffic signs to get there. Sanela in the reception is a very good receptionist. The manager should really take care of here, she made the stay even better.
