Not a bad hotel for where and what it is. For being hidden off the main path it’s very well maintained

This is the only hotel in the area, therefore they can enjoy charging higher prices. The hotel has not been updated for YEARS. I know this, because i have been coming here for years. The mattresses were awful. We've decided to give up the convenience of location to get quality for our money. The Greenwich Hyatt, where our relatives stayed, was cheaper and far superior.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for business. It is a no frills, clean, quiet and practical type of hotel. There is a restaurant and bar on site with great service and food making it super convenient when you don’t feel like looking for a place to eat after a work day. The gym is small but gets the job done. The rooms have always been clean and beds comfy. Never had an issue and would recommend.

Just not worth the money. Incredibly poor value. The room was incredibly dingy dated and needed a serious upgrade.

Though I was hoping for a better experience based on the rating and pictures depicted, I can honestly say I regret not doing more research before booking my stay. Stained backboard (with some kind of bodily fluids), bug found in the curtains, misaligned dropped ceiling tiles and Im pretty sure I heard some kind of animal walking on that that dropped ceiling at night. By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room looks dated and nothing truly appears to be cleaned beyond towel and bed sheets. Hotel staff did reach out to check in how my stay was, and I did express to them exactly how I felt. Though they may have tried to help, unfortunately there was nothing that could be done to resolve my disappointment; particularly with adjustment to my bill since I had prepaid through this app. Overall this place is gives off more a mediocre/ crappy motel vibe than the semi luxurious hotel they portray themselves to be.

While the location was convenient, our hotel room had a few issues. The bathroom was extremely small and the door would not close. The wall mounted hair dryer did not work and the TV channel reception was poor with "signal loss" popping up a lot. The bed creaked and sounded like the base was going to collapse but other than that, it was an OK room.

I like the location, most staff was very welcoming, cleaniness, and tge gentleman that worked the morning shift her us akso a manager was very through, understanding, respectful and assisted us in every possible way he could. My apology for not remembering his name but again thank. Will be so happy to recomed this hotel .

Way over priced for the product. This is basically an old motel with low ceilings, tiny bathrooms, and functionally decorated rooms separated by walls with no sound insulation. So, ultimately, Zero charm. But the bed was fine and we were able to sleep once our neighbors got to sleep.
