River Bank Lodge Condo 2914 is a newly updated, cozy condominium featuring a huge wall of windows with expansive views of the mountain ski areas and wetlands. It is located in a relaxing, peaceful area where you feel close to nature, but with all the village activities and nightlife close by. Parking spots are as close as 35 steps away and the River Run Gondola is only a 150-yard walk away! Watch the fireworks from the living area every Saturday evening during peak winter season, as you warm your toes by the gas fireplace and relax on the comfortable leather sofa or recliner. Or during the day, sit on one of the stools next to the picture windows, and soak up the sun while enjoying the awesome mountain view. This condo is also great for viewing wildlife. Be on the lookout for a moose to wander by, fish, beaver, ducks, birds, and more! The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and TV. Enjoy the quiet location surrounded by alpine trees less than a mile from Keystone Ski Resort. Take a hike from the front door or jump on the free bus across the street. After a busy day of outdoor adventures, you’ll love the comforts of home: fully equipped kitchen, cozy stone fireplace, private outdoor patio, and shared pool and hot tub. Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. The unit will no longer have a gas grill starting December 2024 due to insurance restrictions in Summit County. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note, the pools are open year-round. Hot tub covers are typically removed in mid-May and replaced in the last week of September. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property.
