Upon entering this super cute first floor efficiency apartment, you will find an open floor plan. The main area has a king bed that sleeps 2, a small dining table with chairs and a kitchenette. This unit is right on Main Street and can be rented along with our Red River Townhouse, which adds extra space for the family. There is a full bathroom with a walk in shower and a washer/dryer. The unit is also equipped with high speed wifi and a smart tv. There is a nice grassy area right outside the door to enjoy those beautiful starry nights. Beautiful tri-level home located on the east end of town, off Main Street. This 2 bedroom, along with a loft, and 2 bathroom townhouse sleeps 10 guests. On the second floor of this property, you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom one has a King size bed and bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed. Head up the stairs to find the kitchen with an island and seating. The living room has a sofa sleeper and the dining table and chairs are all in one area. The fireplace in the living room is wood burning. Enjoy the beautiful view of town from the deck on the second floor right off the living room. In the loft upstairs you will find another King size bed and 2 twin beds. There is no trailer parking and no grill. Nestled in a small neighborhood at the base of the mountain, this modern house was completely remodeled in 2022 and ready for you! Timber’s Tavern has a quiet location right off of Main Street. There is also a fenced yard for the kids and pets (dogs) to enjoy. As you enter the property you will find a fireplace embedded in gorgeous white rock. There is enough seating in the living room for everyone to gather around for family game night after a long day on the mountain. The dining room has a table big enough to seat 6 and is close to the kitchen where you will find new appliances such as a fridge, stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Make a cup of coffee in the mornings with the coffee maker in the kitchen. Find the laundry room with a washer and dryer just through the kitchen. There is also a half bath on the first floor. Take the stairs to the second floor where you will find all 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and a tv for you to enjoy in the evenings. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom connected to it. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Two twin beds and 2 queen beds make up this large room. This adorable tiny cabin is located in town and right next to another one of our properties, Long Shot! This cabin was used as a wedding chapel and was recently converted into a nightly cabin rental that is waiting just for you! Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the mornings on the front porch as you take in the beautiful view of the mountain!!! Upon entering the cabin you will see two comfy chairs and a futon that folds out to a full size bed. The space is open concept as the adorable kitchen is right off the living area. This quaint kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. It’s all compact, but very functional! Feel free to enjoy watching TV either from the kitchen bar or the living room area. If you are ready to retire for the evening, there’s a door off the kitchen that leads to the bedroom that has a queen size bed and attached bathroom. The bathroom has a standup shower. Enjoy evenings out back by either grilling or enjoying the warmth from the fire in the chiminea, as you talk about your mountain adventures. Casa Rio is a 4 bedroom, 3-bathroom home on the river.  Casa Rio offers guests satellite Tv, washer and dryer, High Speed Wi-Fi, and BBQ grill. The High-Speed Wi-Fi makes Casa Rio a great choice for those who work remotely. Two bedrooms on the first floor along with one bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs.  The larger of the bedrooms upstairs has a balcony that you can relax out on and listen to the flowing of the river which is located just behind the property.  There is a sauna room that can be used year-round. This property is Pet Friendly with a Non-Refundable pet fee of $125, due at the time of check in. Two pets under 100 lbs. allowed. Nestled into the mountain you’ll find the Casa Nueva Townhomes. These rentals are perfect for folks who are looking to escape the masses on Main Street and enjoy the peaceful mountain air. Located about 1/2 mile away from town, guests enjoy the peace and quiet of the laid back mountain lifestyle, while still being close to everything in town. Casa Nueva Townhouse #4 is a two-bedroom townhouse that sleeps 6 with breathtaking views that overlook the town. The carport entrance leads up a stairway to the main living area. In an open floor plan, you will find a full-sized, fully equipped kitchen along with a dining and living area complete with a wood-burning fireplace (wood provided in winter), a flat-screen TV, and wireless internet. On this level, there is also a ½ bath and a private balcony. The two bedrooms are on the 3rd level. Bedroom one has a queen-size bed and bedroom two has a full bed. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. There is a full bath (tub/shower) in the hallway between the bedrooms and a private balcony facing south.
