A fantastic place! Very clean rooms that make you feel comfortable, high quality shampoo and shower gel in the room. Home made breakfast with top quality ingredients from the area of Pelion. A great place to relax and feel calm in nature. Last but not least, if you visit Kalderimi you will have all the guidance and help to know the area around from the owners Elisavet and Xenophon, which are kind and good people. Many thanks to them and to their daughter. My kids had a wonderful time with them.

This booking went terrible and we didn't end up staying there.
First, access to the property is extremely poor, and almost impossible for my car (Ford focus sedan). The access is off-road and *not paved*. It is also not being taken care of as there is high, uncut grass all over and you also have to pass a shallow creek that can be dangerous, especially at night.
All in all, we couldn't easily go back and forth to the hotel (especially at night) and this was a significant constraint for us as we wanted to be able to easily visit nearby places such as restaurants, beach, etc.
Second, the owners never really bothered to understand our concerns, and did not accept the cancellation request. Legally speaking, they didn't have to accept the request but, in my view, it would be the polite thing to do given that we were misled about access to the property.
We ended up staying at "12 Months" that night and it was fantastic.

Kalderimi is a real gem.
The property is located in a quiet area with great views, but is also very close to the local amenities, shops and restaurants at the central square of the village.
The hosts, Xenofon and Elisavet, as well as all other staff working in the property, have created a remarkably hospitable and warm space where we felt like home from the moment we arrived.
The food was another highlight, with all sorts of local food and desserts cooked fresh at the property every day, frequently using ingredients from the small garden located at the premises.
There is really no room for criticism, Kalderimi is one of these rare cases of a place offering all the expected services of a contemporary guest house, combined with the warmness of a friendly home.
Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area - we hope we’ll be able to visit again when we are around.

One of the best!!! A great place to stay in Pilio. A warm and pleasent hospetality, all the time. It was a great stay in Kalderimi hotel. Xenophon, the oner and his wife did there best to make this stay as one that we will always remember ❣❣❣ Very (!!!) Recomendeble

We have had an extremely pleasant stay for a week in this lovely place. Starting from very clean and comfortable facilities, the BEST homemade breakfast, very committed and helpful staff, everything was perfect. Also having breakfast every morning at the garden with a great sea view is a plus. Great location, just a few minutes drive away from the most popular beaches of Pelion. This was the ideal place for a relaxing and peaceful summer break. Amazing hospitality overall, and the hosts Mrs Elisavet and Mr Xenofon definitely make their guests feel like home! Thank you for everything!

Where can I start from ? The authentic true hospitality of Eli and Xenofon, the amazing view in the endless famous blue of Aegean, or the most tasteful, locally sourced, traditional, hand made breakfast we ever had? From the first to the last minute of our stay we absolutely loved the place ! Unique architecture inside/out in a green forest overlooking the Aegean sea ! A quite place to relax and leave the noise of the city behind. Super comfortable natural mattresses for joyful sleep. Minutes away from beautiful beaches and lots of choices for activities into a virgin natural environment in Pelion.

Εξαιρετικός ξενώνας και εξαιρετική φιλοξενία απο την Ελισάβετ και τον Ξενοφώντα. Καταπληκτικό πρωινό, μοναδική θέα και εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση απο το προσωπικό. Οι διακοπές όπως ακριβώς τις έχεις ονειρευτεί. Σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε. Όλα τέλεια!!!!

Υπέροχος ξενώνας , πανέμορφος χώρος ,τα δωμάτια άνετα , καλόγουστα και πεντακάθαρα . Το πρωινό χειροποίητο και πεντανόστιμο（ειδικά το ψωμί της κ. Ελένης）! Και φοβερή θέα και απίστευτη ησυχία, γαληνεύει η ψυχή σου.Οι ιδιοκτήτες άνθρωποι που σε κάνουν να αισθάνεσαι ότι σε φιλοξενούν στο σπίτι τους σα φίλο ...Ο κ. Ξενοφών με την παρουσία του κι η κ. Ελισσάβετ από το τηλέφωνο πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν για τα πάντα ! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ !!!
