Great location in town centre; decent bed with decent linen and towels. However very old decor, carpets etc which makes for a rather dingy feeling. If you were paying €60-80/night you would feel it was fair, but at €200 you feel pretty hard done by. On the other hand very hard to find one night in the ski season.

What a gem of a place! We stayed on route to Val Thorens and with the extremely reasonable price we weren’t expecting much. But what a lovely evening - great no nonsense food, rooms were huge and clean, service was friendly and easy and there is free parking right outside the door. Deffo stopping here again 👍🏻

I think the meal was perhaps the disappointing meal that I have had in France ever. I ordered a vegetable risotto which arrived within 10 minutes so was clearly not freshly prepared. On putting my fork into the middle of it, it proved to be congealed rice. The waitress blamed it on the Savoie cheese added but there was no mention of this on the menu. I had the Green salad which accompanied it. My wife had a burger ordered in the medium condition but arrived rare. She left 85% of it. The bottle of Morgan ordered was pure vinegar and did not resemble anything near the Gamay grape. We left it on the table 85% full. We retreated to the bar and ordered a mixed charcuterie which was good but we did not do it justice as we were by that stage a bit past it. I ordered a bottle of Mercury and once again nowhere near a Burgundy wine I know so well. I handed it back to the bar as we went to bed with one glass consumed out of it. We were charged in full for everything with no reduction for anything. I think this might be summed as taking the mick…..Avoid.

Réservation de 2 chambres le 5 septembre à l'occasion d'une compétition sportive. Nous apprenons APRÈS LA RÉSERVATION que, faute de persnnel, il n'y aura pas de petit déjeuner ! Annulation de la compétition à cause des conditions météo : aucun geste commercial après 5 appels téléphoniques et 4 messages. Ça nous aura au moins évité d'emmener grille pain, beurre, confiture, poêle, etc.... A éviter.

Bon accueil avec le sourire . Chambre grande et propre mais un peu vieillotte Comme lq salle de bain dans leur jus . Pas de restaurant en ce moment . Petit déjeuner buffet. Il est complet et bon . Bon rapport qualité prix

Grande chambre avec des meubles de qualité et une excellente literie. Bien situé en.plein centre ville pas de parking privé mais places pour se garer en face. Notre chambre avait gardé sa décoration d'origine notamment à la salle de bain qui avait aussi un bidet. Mais des chambres de l'hôtel semblent avoir été refaites récemment et sont plus au goût du jour. Petit déjeuner complet et de qualité. Un hôtel qui a un bon rapport qualité prix.

Accueil professionnel et arrangeant Les 2 personnes féminines très sympathique Chambre privilège à 95 euros La chambre est grande Moquette fatiguée Meuble rustique Literie correcte Salle de bain avec baignoire et douche Par contre Pour le prix on aurait apprécié une climatisation car il fait très chaud dans la chambre

Installés sur la terrasse pour café et limonade, nous nous sommes fait envoyer promener que nous étions pas clients et que le bar restaurant ne servait pas les clients extérieurs. Nous ne comprenons pas du tout car nous avons toujours été clients de cet établissement. Quel dommage au cœur de l'été, de se voir refuser des consommations sur une terrasse vide. Tellement dommage pour l'image de la ville.

Serveur en terrasse insultant et méprisant. Quelle honte !! Il nous a très mal répondu en nous disant qu’il ne s’adressait qu’à un certain type de clientèle. Serait ce du délit de faciès ? Un doute subsiste en tout cas je plains les pauvre client
