Hotel Zalewski

New hotel with nice rooms. Very clean, service is ok. Most important and biggest plus for cuisine. The food is perfect. Only small minus concerning internal pool. There is no place for sunbeds. The sliders ( especially big one) are cool. The guards guy obyte pool are very friendly

The aqua park operates a scam system on timing so that you end up paying more money at the end of your visit. The park takes a 40zl deposit for the locker and they don’t tell you that the 90 minutes you pay for actually includes changing time! We stayed for exactly 90 minutes in the pool, clocked out and then were charged 30zl for “overstaying!” Not to mention the changing room is tiny (around 5sq metres) and there were lots of people in there. Felt completely ripped-off. The other key issue is that disabled people are directly discriminated against by this rule, and also parents of younger children and the elderly who could ems up taking longer to change and get around. This is a nice modern facility but with an old, backwards, village-like attitude to business that is intent on squeezing money out of tourists through secret ‘rules.’ A manager somewhere is laughing at all of us tourists whilst the poor receptionists have to take the criticism from customers when they’re being ripped off.

Byliśmy 4 osobową rodzina w pierwszym tygodniu ferii. Plusy: Ogólnie hotel w miarę nowy i nie umęczony. Obsługa w recepcji i restauracji miła. Jedzenie - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Duża strefa basenowa. Minusy: Kiepsko sprzątane pokoje. Brak napojów i kawy na obiadokolacjach (dostępna tylko woda z cytryną w dzbankach) - jak na hotel 4*, za który płaci się sporo to dosyć słabe. Animacje dla dzieci to jakiś żart. "Pani Animatorka" angażowała rodziców w prace i zabawy z dziećmi zamiast sama to robić. Podczas pięciodniowego pobytu pierwszego dnia były czynne 2 zjeżdżalnie z 3, a od drugiego dnia tylko jedna do końca pobytu. na pięciodniowy pobyt dostaliśmy 2 vouchery na darmowe wejście do strefy saun i łaźni, a za dodatkowe wejścia trzeba było dopłacać. W strefie saun basen był ze śmierdzącym kisielem zamiast wody - samo patrzenie na to wywoływało mdłości... Czwartego dnia pobytu okazało się, że wcześniej zgłoszona osoba na diecie bezglutenowej jeśli chce otrzymywać na śniadanie kilka kromek pieczywa bezglutenowego musi dodatkowo zapłacić pomimo, że wcześniej otrzymaliśmy informację, że nie jest to dodatkowo płatne - żenada. Podsumowując minusy znacznie przewyższają plusy. Z te pieniądze można znaleźć coś fajniejszego.

Super hotel. Świetny kompleks basenów zarówno dla dzieci jak i dorosłych. Bardzo ciekawe atrakcje dla dzieci do zabawy w wodzie. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Lokalizacja blisko morza. Świetna obsługa i pyszne jedzenie. Polecam klub oraz kręgielnie znajdujące się w hotelu. Można bardzo miło spędzić wieczór. Pokoje jak i cały hotel bardzo czyste Byłem w tym hotelu już dwukrotnie i na pewno jeszcze wrócę. Polecam

Katastrophe! Wie würden kurz gesagt lieber sofort wieder abreisen, weil wir hier weder ein Urlaibsfeeling verspüren, noch uns als deutsche Gäste willkommen fühlen. Vor 2 Tagen reisten wir im Hotel Zalewski voller Vorfreude an, da wir anhand der (echten? falschen?) Rezensionen genau dieses Hotel buchten. Doch als wir ankamen, war der 1. Eindruck äußerst enttäuschend ! Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr unfreundlich, sprachen so gut wie kein Englisch oder Deutsch, tuschelten und polnisch über uns und wir mussten über zweieinhalb Stunden warten, um überhaupt erst einmal einchecken zu dürfen. In dieser Zeit dürften wir noch nicht mal in den am Hotel befindlichen Aquapark gehen, weil wir noch keine Zimmerkarte hatten! Somit mussten wir die Zeit totschlagen und das Hotel hat insgesamt nicht wirklich viel zu bieten. Selbst die lieblose Kinderanimation von zwei jungen, chronisch schlecht gelaunten Damen, die weder englisch noch deutsch sprechen, ist eine Farce. Die Zimmer sind für ein vier Sterne Hotel super klein mit wenig Ablagen und haben keinerlei großartigen Komfort. Am Schlimmsten sind die Betten, die beim Raufsetzen knistern. Im Restaurant herrscht eine Atmosphäre wie in einer Kantine, einfach schrecklich! Die laute Baustelle vor dem Hotel gab uns dann den Rest, obwohl uns VOR Buchung gesagt wurde, dass diese nicht aktiv sei. Nachdem wie mit unserer Reise Agentur sprachen und uns beschwerten, rief uns das Hotel an und bot uns ernsthaft! einen Wechsel in das GLEICHE Zimmer nur in einer anderen Etage an Auf die Frage hin, ob sie uns nicht die teuren Parkgebühren erlassen könnten, meinten sie ernsthaft , es wäre Ihnen nicht möglich?!? Wenn das der Gäste- Politik des Hotels entspricht, haben sie die 4 Sterne NICHT verdient! Wir fühlen uns hier als Gäste weder ernst genommen, geschweige denn erwünscht und wir können allen Gästen nur davon abraten, hier im Hotel Zawleski ihren Urlaub zu verbringen!

Ich war mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Lecker Essen, moderne Zimmer und sehr tolle Aquapark für die Kinder. Für die Kinder gab's Halloween Animation. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
