Like this hotel. Free breakfast is a plus. Location is good. Room is clean. You need to set up your own bed (sofa bed). And a nice little surprise = free home made cookies when i checked in. Recommended

Our check in by Shane was wonderful. He was very informative about all the things to do around the area and nearby restaurants. The hotel is in a good location with several restaurants close by. Also close to the Boeing factory. The landscaping on the hotel property is pleasant. Our room 118 was clean. However, it had numerous maintenance issues. Including: slow sink drain, towel rack had been pulled off and was lying under the sink, paint peeling off the bathroom door, closet door difficult to close, TV did not work as the cable box was unplugged, and finally, a visible hole under the front door - enough to allow mice and other varmints to come in to the room. Although, I did notice traps sitting around the property. We only stayed here on night.

I stayed at TownPlace Suites for business trip but had my family with me. I enjoyed the property overall. It was close to where I was working, which is always convenient. There was a good pool, fitness center and breakfast. My only rather small complaint was that they didn't have any two queen options. The pull-out couch worked well enough, so I'm not disappointed. Overall happy with the stay.

Convenient location near the ferry. To Whidbey Island. Efficient check-in, though not recognized as Bonvoy Gold until I asked. The front desk then waived the parking fee which was nice. Nice campus with individual units.. a much like condos. No elevators so if you have mobility issues, ask for a ground floor unit. There was a little dust on surfaces so not sure if housekeeping missed or rooms are not turning over quickly. Otherwise, everything was clean. Breakfast was fine and as expected for the brand - so no fresh eggs and bacon but pre-prepared sandwiches. But that is standard for its class and price point. Campus is laid out nicely and the room had what we needed.

This was the first time I stayed in a TownePlace Suites. It reminded me of a cheaper version of a Residence Inn. The hotel has a large number of suites in a campus like setting. We were on the 2nd floor in the 6th block of units. The location wasn’t great but we booked late. The suite itself was modern and decent sized. Everything worked well. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is pretty lame. It didn’t have much variety with breakfast sandwiches being the main option. There are a few restaurants across the street from the hotel. We ate at Sabor A Mexico which was excellent.

Wow, we were super happy and impressed with this property. The grounds are just beautiful and much care was put into the layout and comfort of guests. We stayed in room 412 (a studio) and we had everything we would need to live in this space. We loved everything about it. The staff was friendly and always pleasant to converse with. Bed was comfortable, a/c worked well, great shower with wonderful water pressure and a nice little kitchenette area with an office desk and chair. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.

Positives: 1. Quiet, easy parking, fast check-in by Arianna and check-out by Kylie. - they provided accurate information everything according to what I asked for and expected. Great listeners and were able to execute effectively. 2. Well, cleaned in all places both public areas and the room I was assigned to. 3. This is a large complex with multiple buildings, they provide a good map showing you where the lobby is and where you room is and how to get there. 4. It's not the most spacious studio but big and cozy enough, with amenities well designed and functional. Good and effective use of space. 5. Good service by the staff with positive attitude. Drawback: 1. There is no elevator only stairs, so if you have heavy luggage, you probably want to ask for the first-floor room. 2. Hot shower temperature not hot, only warm - this is why I wasn't able to give 5 out of 5. Or else, this place would have earned a 5 out of 5. Other comments: 1. This is within 10 minutes' drive (including traffic stops) to Boeing Future of Flight Museum. It's also in a nicer/residential side of Everett and Mukilteo area. If you plan to visit this museum, this is a good location with reasonable price, also further away from the regional airports which can be quieter. 2. It's not the most modern and up to date hotel in terms of interior, you can see wear and tear, but manageable. I am sure they will renovate in due time. But they clean everything very well including beddings, linens, and rooms, and that's most important. 3. Breakfast has both hot and cold foods with variety. Hot foods are pre-packaged foods. Do it yourself cereal and oatmeal. 4. Plenty of other food and restaurant choices within 10 minutes' drive also if you choose not to get breakfast from the hotel. I feel comfortable recommending this hotel. I would consider staying there again if for one night due to its warm (not hot) shower temperature. If they can increase the hot shower temperature, I may consider staying more days when in the area.
