One of the best and budget friendly hotel with perfect and peaceful stay in South goa near Colva beach. This property is top notch I must say, my overall experience with this hotel is amazing.

The staff is extremely supportive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the experience we had there. The rooms and the hotel is really clean and tidy. Definitely going to recommend the hotel for friends/families who would be coming to South Goa.

Negative: hotel is far from market, there is not a single shop for atleast 800 m so you need to walk 1 km to buy anything. No option in breakfast : got bread toast idle on first day, bread toast + paratha on second day. No additional berk fast item. Ensure ac and tv set top box is working as those were out of service. Positive: staff is good and cooperative. They shifted us to new room where ac was working and set top box replaced. My suggestion avoid visiting south goa as there are limited hotels or shopping options. No taxi or rickshaw accessible and they charge very high fares : rs 600 for 7. 5 km from station to hotel.

Very nice room and clean property. Care takers were also good and humble. God with your family or friends. Specially the samal tiny swimming pool

Amazing property with the best staff you could ask for Very peaceful and the price you are paying for all this is a steal 1000% recommended to everyone who is coming to north Goa The breakfast here is amazing, the pool is super clean and very hygienic hotel overall.

Very quite peaceful n friendly staff mr mishra n sujjan are good n very quick everything is near by …beaches r close place is quite has a good view good balcony all in all a good experience I would say for a short stay

Rooms were perfect. Cleanliness was awesome. Service provided was clearly fine. Staffs were very communicative only the location should had been at better place still it was good enough a perfect vacation
