Hotel Adore Palace - Near Mumbai Airport & Visa Consulate

They are worst hotel , very bad in service . Never care about customer . Food are very very bad. Buy from outside and serve very bad quality food . I stayed for two days and never expected such a poor service from them. Even though complaint many times they are very careless. This is one of the worst 'hotels' I have seen by far. Sewage running as you enter the place, stinks, made me feel sick. We asked to see the room - it was dirty, stained sheets and pillows with holes, food in the hallways as we walked there. The guy at reception then offered to show us another room of a guest already staying there and went into their room with a spare key - ZERO SAFETY HERE. other people staying there complained of ant infestation and lack of water in their rooms for days. We left as soon as we got there. Please do not stay here and waste your time and money.

Terrible customer service, Drunken Manager. Never every saty at this hotel, they will treat you very badly, steal your money. The manager or Incharge name Ashfak will threaten you to pay extra money. Service staff are ok , but the manager was very rude.

This has got to be the worst hotel I have visited in a long long time. The entrance is surrounded by ongoing roadworks, the smell of the open sewer in front of the entrance will stay with you for a long time. We paid a deposit of 4.5k and turned up at the hotel to pay the remainder for a week's stay.The card payment machine didn't work. Every minute we were at the reception desk we felt like running away. We finally left in 15-20 mins after arranging alternative accommodation. If the reception area is so bad I wonder how horrible the rooms might be. I didn't bother to find out. During the time of booking, I read some good reviews by other guests, I can only guess they have not stayed in a decent hotel before.

Wouldn’t stay her again. Even the cockroaches didn’t like it and 2 jumped in my bag to go onto the next place. Very odd smell which I think is insect stuff but it really hits the back of your throat. The wet room in the rooms were smelly and they didn’t want to give you any toilet roll. The staff weren’t overly helpful, 1 of our 3 rooms wasn’t ready for 2 hours after we were supposed to check in and he ripped us off with a taxi. Use Uber it’s super easy and so much cheaper!

This hotel is in the process of changing is name to hotel diamond. However a fishing it isn't, even after allowing for is nightly rate of around 2400 rupees The positives were I asked for a quiet room at the back and got one. You certainly couldn't hear any noise from the road. The room was also clean and the bed comfortable. The hot water in the bathroom certainly was hot! The negatives were that the window was an internal one onto a corridor, the a/c gently puffed a bit of cold air while the ceiling fan had 2 settings, off or on where it generated a lot of noise. Room is also very small while the shower is so close to the toilet that it gets soaked. The room is tiny, I was a solo traveler but it would definitely be cost for 2 I just needed a bed for the night as I had an early flight the next day and it served it's purpose but the room is designed only for sleeping in, it's too uninviting to stay in it for longer than necessary. As I said earlier it would be unfair to compare it with a Hilton but comparing it to other budget hotels I think this was poor and I won't be back

We travelled as a group and booked 20 rooms. Best price and best in class service was provided to us. All Rooms had all proper amenities and cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast and food was super tasty. Wifi speed was excellent and range was also good.

Well I had talked this hotel seeing to the location as it is near airport..the rooms are terrible, unhygienic, there were cockroaches, and condom packets under the bed, tv doesn't work. The area is also terrible. The ac leaks water wetting all the luggages. The ceiling too leaks water whenever it rains. As for the staffs they are manipulative. I had to catch an early morning flight. They misguided me by saying no ola or uber will be available at night and I had no option other than to ask them for taxi. They charged me 700 and later they were asking for more money right at the time when I was about to leave. The distance of terminal 2 from the hotel is just 1.5 kms. Yet they were charging a lot of money. Later on when I asked the taxi if it belonged to the hotel, he said no ma'am you were scammed the hotel booked ola and gave you and the end price turned out to be just rs183. Please avoid the hotel. It's really pathetic

The rooms are excellent. For the price its worth each penny. Rooms are well cleaned. Service is quick and staff are trained and professional. Daily rooms cleaning. Food quality and quantity both are very good Didnt faces any issue in my 7 days of stay
