lots of Cockroach 🪳 in room and plastic stool is very dirty. no proper service and staff are very irresponsible and unsupportive..

Worst stay... Room were not good ... Blankets were dirty .. cockroaches in the room everywhere. Zero rating service from hotel also. They didn't solved any issues. Stayed for a week & it was terrible experience. Will not suggest to stay.

While we reached at hotel at 8 pm, at first hotel denied about my booking while i tend to call mmt, they given a room to us. Room was large and spacious however not clean, floor was dirty. Wash room was not clean and the fittings were broken. Washroom is too small to get bath. Staff is responding but service is very poor. Overall not recommended as first choice.

Berry bad, cockroaches all over the place bedspreads and pillows cover were dirty towels were not provided on request got on a he next day. Never book vehicle for sightseeing in the hotel. The package drivers not taking to all places overall a bad experience.

This was an utterly unacceptable experience. Our room was infested with cockroaches, the level of cleanliness was appalling, and the bathroom door was broken. Furthermore, the room service was worst, and there was a foul odor in the room.

Very terrible stay, no proper bath water, no cl-earning, no water bottle, dental kit, rooms very tiny not at all recommended to anyone

Worst room condition there were insects in the room. The staff behavior was also very rude the person on the reception don't have manners to talk to the customer's. No toiletries were provided and also the towel as not provided even tough after many reminders till check out no towel was provided the condition of the washroom as also bad need to do maintainance of the room and also they need to do pest control
