1. Inception check-in 2 women! Our eyes met, but the two of us talked without saying hello, and when I asked to check in, they said they didn't understand what I was saying. My English may be poor, but the two of them looked me up and down and laughed, which was so unpleasant. Isn't it a place for travelers? If you're going to be so unkind, only accept Germans to do business with.
2. The rooms are very dirty. The first room was so dirty that I asked the inception woman to change the room, so she told me to come to the inception and hung up. Even if you change the room, there is no difference. Those who said the room was clean, I'm curious about the room.
3. It takes more than 30 minutes by transportation from the center of Central Station. There are not many buses to the accommodation, and it was scary to walk away when using other transportation.
4. I never thought I would hear 'Ching-Chang-Chong' while eating breakfast... I experienced the rudeness of the Germans. I really had my worst experience in Germany at this hotel. Thank you. For making me not want to come to Germany again.

위치는 저녁타임에 움직이기에는 위험해보여서 조금 안좋지만 시설은 가격대비 만족스러웠습니다. 조식도 가격대 대비 좋았고요.

The room is modern, clean and pretty. Very comfortable to stay in. There’re many facilities and the lobby is nice. Staffs were nice.

+Sehr modernes, kleines, sehr chic und praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer..sehr gute Matratzen ..auf Wunsch zwei Einzelbetten, schönes, neues Bad...Klimaanlage konnte man abstellen. Keycard für Aussentür, Aufzug, Zimmertür. Ein- und auschecken problemlos. W-LAN gut. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit sehr gutem Service...trotz ausgebuchtem Hotel ( Helene Fischer-Konzert, ECS) und altersgemischtem , sehr internationalem Publikum nicht laut und morgens nur wenig hektisch. Gute Schallisolierung im Haus.
Gute Anbindung: Bus zum Ostbahnhof vor der Tür ,von da aus ist alles zu erreichen. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage kostet 15€ pro Nacht, es gibt aber auch Stellplatzmöglichkeiten auf der Strasse.
- - grosser Fleck im Teppichboden, KEIN Wasserkocher (coffeemaker). Reinigungspersonal auf dem Flur sprach kein Wort Deutsch und kein Wort Englisch.
Eher lustig: Einmal abends um 20 Uhr klopfte es " cleaning service" und jemand reichte uns zwei Pakete Handtücher...wer hat sie wohl nicht bekommen?

The hotel was ok, not the cleanest. We found stuff left behind by previous accountant. It’s walkable from train station. Very good breakfast spread.

Sauber mit Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Einziger Minuspunkt für die leider nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage.

The location is perfect..in front of hotel is shuttle bus 190/191 that can bring u from n to munich ost n near to marientplatz, the breakfast is AWESOME. We really love it, i n my husband n boy love it. The room is clean and has kettle for hot water. Eveything is perfect and if we come back to munich, we will booking this hotel again
