首先硬件上非常不滿意，雖然知道歐洲的五星酒店和國內沒法比，但也住過好幾個歐洲國家的五星酒店了，這家酒店的硬件條件實在四星都夠嗆，圖片都是我找唯一能看的角度拍的，洗手間狹小老舊的根本沒法拍照，淋浴要站在浴缸裏，還得手動開關一扇玻璃才能站得下…吹風機是那種老的固定在牆上的…攜程寫的提供物品也不對，根本不提供牙刷牙膏，除了洗髮露護髮素沐浴露身體乳外，僅提供兩樣：浴帽和化粧棉+指甲銼刀的套裝，沒有梳子沒有牙刷牙膏沒有刮鬍刀，第一天甚至連拖鞋都沒給，是我寫了留言條留了小費才給的。如果説硬件衹能三分的話，最讓我氣憤的是前台，辦理入住那天前台是一箇中年男士（可能是德國人），登記完證件也填寫完訊息後，衹差刷一個信用卡預付按金，這時候他接了一個電話，和對面非常“激烈”的用德文解釋什麼，然後就開始了漫長的等待。等待了十來分鐘後，他還遲遲沒有掛斷電話，我就像個**一樣等在前台，於是我非常禮貌的問了一下還需要等多久，他居然捂着電話用英文跟我非常兇的説，他現在在安撫一個客人，因為這個客户非常的抱怨，在嚷嚷在哭鬧，所以他必須得先服務他，如果我也嚷嚷也哭鬧，他就先服務我。我都驚呆了，從來沒見過如此無禮的酒店前台。然後我還是忍耐着和他説了OK，又問他是否有別的服務人員，他居然跟我説沒有！因為我辦理入住太早了，按理説他應該下午三點再給我辦理的。我跟他説我知道我到的早了，但是現在還需要我做什麼嗎？他説衹需要刷個卡，不到五秒鐘，就結束了，為了這五秒的操作我等了十來分鐘還被他如此粗魯的對待。真是給我的德國之行留下了非常不好的印象。

Die Atmosphäre ist großartig, das Personal sehr sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich sofort Willkommen! Die Zimmer sind schön und sowohl das Frühstücksbüffet als auch die Abendkarte sind extrem lecker. Ich komme sicher wieder!

Awesome Hotel and highly recommend Hotel Munchen Palace to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing hotel in Munich. Terrific location, close to all of the Munich hot spots. Lovely hotel and very clean and well appointed. You will not be disappointed.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the English garden, this is the perfect little boutique hotel for a trip to Munich. Our room had a big balcony and a rather spacious bathroom. The room itself was small but comfortable and even provided a free minibar. The staff was wonderful and kind, especially Laura at the Front Desk was super helpful and attentive. We will definitively be back!

The hotel itself is elegant with accompanying amenities for the price range. The room was above average in cost- 500 euro per night! Other than the bellman, the staff/concierge were completely aloof, un helpful and only made recommendations within the hotel Were they trying to outdo their guests in attitude? There was also a pervading smell of sewage in the lobby which was roundly ignored- it is a lovely neighborhood and in our short stay this was the only low point.

Beautiful, warm and welcoming! This hotel has it all. We stayed here at the end of our tour and felt spoiled and relaxed. The room was a great size for the three of us, including a cot. The hotel even left fresh fruit and a gorgeous bouquet of flowers for us to welcome us! The beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows. The location was great for us...a little removed from the busy part of the city but very walkable to everywhere. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Awful customer service. I got stuck in London due to a snow storm and was charged three nights. When I called to cancel the reservation they told me I had to pay because the hotel was empty because of the storm and they had to pay their staff. Ridiculous. Find somewhere else to stay.

Nice hotel room but the front desk staff and acomendations are not representative of a five star hotel. At best I would rate it as a typical four star hotel based on our experience. The staff in particular at the front could be more friendly and more engaged in their work.
