Konumu mükemmel, istasyondan 5 dakika ve Oktoberfest'ten yaklaşık 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Ve bir sürü alışveriş ve restorana çok yakın. Odalar küçük ama odamızda kalmak için orada değildik. Giriş kolaydı ve çalışanların hepsi çok hoştu

Konumu iyi. Yakınlarda çok sayıda restoran ve süpermarket var. Tren istasyonuna 10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindedir; tren istasyonu Türk Caddesi ile çevrilidir, bu nedenle çok fazla insan olabilir. Otel oldukça temiz ama sıcak su ısıtıcısı yok ve odadaki klimanın ısıtma fonksiyonu yok (radyatör de bozuk) Neyse ki Nisan sonu hava çok soğuk değil. Odanın ses yalıtımı ortalama düzeydedir ancak çevre ve yakındaki odalardaki konuklar oldukça sessizdir. Kahvaltı sıradan bir Avrupa büfesidir, çeşitler basit olmasına rağmen oldukça doyurucudur. Genel olarak sorun yok ve fiyat/performans oranı nispeten yüksek

I am extremely dissatisfied with the hotel services provided during my stay. I had booked a family suite for a two-night stay, but unfortunately, there was a continuous Wi-Fi issue in my unit throughout the duration of my stay. This forced me to rely on my expensive mobile data while roaming. Despite informing the hotel staff about the Wi-Fi problem, there was no follow-up or resolution. Until I insist to request a staff to come to my suit and check , they confirmed the Wi-Fi failure but couldn't provide a solution due to the unavailability of a technician at that time. As you can see in the attached photo, my children had to position themselves near the door to connect to the Wi-Fi in order to use their phones. This is highly inconvenient and not the level of service I expected. Frustrated with the situation, I decided to write an email to the hotel manager to express my dissatisfaction and lodge a complaint. However, I received no response for three days. As a result, I escalated the matter through trip.com. Surprisingly, the hotel's response was that their Wi-Fi had no issues. This is unacceptable because I specifically asked their staff to verify the problem, and just because other areas of the hotel have Wi-Fi coverage does not mean that my suite did as well. This clearly indicates poor customer service on the part of the hotel. Additionally, the walls had poor soundproofing, allowing us to hear conversations from neighboring rooms and footsteps from above. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering that Wi-Fi is a fundamental service for any hotel.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing hotel experience. It was so uncomfortable that I left earlier than intended. The rooms were filthy. In the room we had a bad smell coming from the bathroom. There were unusual stains in the shower and mold all over the wall above the shower. When I went to reception for help I stood at the counter for around 5 minutes whilst the staff were busy chatting in the room next door (separated by a sliding door), when a staff member finally saw me, she was still talking to her colleague in the next room, then decided to go back into the room and continue her conversation without acknowledging me. Complete lack of customer service. The following day I explained to a male staff member that the shower in the room had a broken seal on the door and that after a shower the entire floor was saturated with water. He said he would get someone to look at it, however, no one ever got back to me about it, and it was never repaired. So for the entire duration of the stay the floor was saturated and slippery after the shower. Between the tiles in the shower there was a disturbing amount of mold growth. And the pillows on the bed were a lumpy mess and rather uncomfortable to sleep on. Besides the health hazards and the lack of customer service, the room was very basic and small. The location is convenient, but I would say the area isn’t very family-friendly. Lots of adult entertainment on the same street, if that’s something you need to consider.
