It was a warm and comfortable stay at hotel c7, munnar! one can enjoy the beautiful views of the tea plantations right from the room. Located very close to the tea museum which is the older part of the town, one can expect a lesser crowd than the other parts of munnar. The ambience, dining and room service were also excellent. To sum up, i’d definitely recommend this hotel if someone’s planning for a short stay in munnar

Property at a superb location and well maintained. 5 out of 5 for cleanness
5 out of 5 for hospitality superb rooms and beautiful view. Food taste can be improved.

Location of the hotel is good. The property is a bit old, and is good except a few problems like queen size bed (tough to adjuat a kid, not availability of hot water throughout the day.

Location A beautiful location on main highway from Munnar to tea museums road. Ambiance An artistic interiors of reception desk and indoor hotel lobby area was very nice. It has a nice secnic garden, scenic restaurants with vire of tea gardes hill. Room A very good and specious room with tea plantation view and equipped with all modern amenities. Bathroom A good clean bathroom equipped with all basic amenities. Staff All staff was polite, kind. Service A room service was quick and prompt. Memorable stay at Hotel, happy to come again.

Location and ambience was great however bath tub was very old with cracks and marks. Restaurant was multi cuisine but not all options were available during our stay… overall okay experience for a short stay.. View from the hotel

Excellent staff, specially the managers at front desk. Very cooperative and pleasant. The galaxy rooms face beautiful tea gardens and are add to the pleasant stay. It is very close to the town and still out of the town.
