The arrangement & location of the hotel is great. The staff behaviour is also great. Service and maintenance is a bit lagging.

Not worth at all. Staff support was unsatisfied and call back from customer support was nit satisfied

The hotel was in a beautiful location with mesmerizing views from the rooms and the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The welcome spice tea was delicious as well. Would recommend anyone going to munnar to stay there. These are the views from the hotel rooms and restaurants

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Grand Plaza in Munnar for a month and it has been a wonderful, relaxing stay! The location of the hotel is about fifteen minutes walk from the main town and in a very quiet bye-lane off the highway. Lot of eateries, a supermarket and a delightful bakery cum cafeteria is in the neighborhood. The entire Hotel is all about positive vibes. The warmth and care shown by every member of the staff whom we encountered, has made for a very cheerful and peaceful stay, one that we will remember for a very long time! We would like to offer heartfelt thanks to all departments:- The restuarant Housekeeping, Maintenance and The Front Office, for tirelessly striving to make all guests as comfortable as possible. (1) Firstly we heartily thank the Operations Manager Mr Nishadh for overseeing every aspect of our long stay and leaving no stone unturned to make sure that nothing was amiss. (2) The Front Office:- Very grateful to the Front Office Manager, Mr.Rubin Thomas George for always being there for our queries and for complementing Mr. Nishadh. Our sincere thanks to Vineesh, Soumya, Shamil, Gautham and Krishna (bell desk), for their help and kindness. (3) Housekeeping:- Hearty thanks to the efficient housekeeping team for their contribution to hygeine and comfort :- Thank you Mahalakshmi (HOD), Jayalakshmi, Aswant, Manoj, Bhanu, Anthonyamma, Chinnadurai, Anil(Supervisor), Ajitha and Vishnu. (4) Our regards to Ms. Rajalakshmi and Selvi (HOD) of the Accounts Dept. ( 5) Food and beverages department:- So grateful to the F and B team for the wholesome and hygienic food, making mealtimes a pleasure! Thank you, Sithara, Rahil, Mahesh, Sharon, Sreerag and Shamseer. Special thanks to the good Chefs:- Vinu, Sohon, Raju, Vishal, Murthi and Elango, for often customising meals to our requirements,making us feel so much at home! (6) Maintenance team:- Our warm thanks to Bhubanesh (HOD), Regu and Kathir. (7) We cannot forget Security person, Madasamy for his solid presence and vigilance at all times. Very good stay with family. Food is very good. Location is also good. Nice and very polite staff. Very good experience.

Staff service was good. We had breakfast from hotel and it was good. On a stay perspective, room was congested. It was not cleaned properly and not maintained well for the price we gave.

Location is good and right in city, access-able to all needs easily, canal view was good. Fantastic services and very clean environment. Food was very good and never felt we were in other state. Overall experiance with grand plaza was excellent. I will stay next time also in grand plaza and i will recommend to my friends.

Bed sheet was tier and not clean bad smell in room, drinking water tasted clorin, no spa, no other aminities was available they said under maintenance, power was there many times repeatedly, too much sound from ceiling as per tgem maintenance work was going over there, it will disturbed us, that case hotel need to close for maintenance, food was average, all over hectic experience, we request to refund 50% because we suffered lot

The stay was great, nice and clean hotel, service was also great. Staff is polite and responds to your requests quickly.
