Comfort Suites

We arrived at the hotel at 2:45pm. Since hotel is right off the noisy street, we asked for a room on the 4th floor and in a quiet location. Lady at the check in said she can accommodate either 4th floor or quiet side, but not both. She had an attitude in our opinion. She said the room on the 4th floor / quiet side is not ready and that it’s 2:45pm and not 3pm. We said we can wait until 3pm (check in time), but she said she doesn’t know when the room will be ready. She couldn’t even give us an estimated time. After negotiating, we took a room on the 4th floor, noisier side, but away from traffic noise. Room ended up being quiet, but had problems. Toilet didn’t flush properly. It would not flush the toilet paper and excuse me for explaining this, but we do need to be able to use the toilet paper after doing business. So I ended up going downstairs and use the bathroom there, which was okay, since we were there for only one night. Coffee maker in room didn’t work and the desk chair was broken. Everything else was fine in a room. We weren’t ask at the check out (same lady that was at the check in) how our stay was. Breakfast was pretty much what you would expect from Comfort Inn / Suites brand. All in all, this Comfort Suites actually has some strong points and has a potential with proper customer service.

We stayed here during the TWHNC and had a great experience here! The hotel was very clean and updated. The staff were very friendly. The location is great. The room was very pretty, quiet, and comfortable. The hot tub was fantastic - so relaxing! The only reason for the 4 star was that the breakfast wasn’t SUPER tasty but it wasn’t terrible either. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!

We arrived here late at night. Front desk receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms was big and I couldn’t believe the great price for such a big room! Hallways smelled amazing! Free breakfast. Very clean and felt very safe being there with my family. Definitely would stay there again. Thank you :)

Our experience here was really good; the WiFi was great, the breakfast was good and the room was very nice. Also, the hotel is in a great area. Lots of parking as well. We also noticed how friendly everyone was at this hotel; a nice touch. I would stay here again if I am in this area.

In an area with a lot of not great options, comfort suites was a welcome relief. It was very clean, even the hallways. The rooms were spacious and updated. The hot breakfast had plenty of options. The lemon water was greatly appreciated in the lobby. The hot tub was very nice. They had a nice tea selection at their coffee bar. Interestingly enough, the pool is outdoor while the hot tub is inside, so we didn't get to swim, but we did enjoy the hot tub. I feel like most comfort inns have gone downhill, but this comfort suites was great.

We traveled with a sports team for an event and many of us stayed in this hotel. We stayed for three nights and paid well over $500. While we were there I tried many times to contact the front desk with my concerns, but nobody would answer. There was only one person working at a time and they were overwhelmed. I finally reached someone and was told the manager would not be there until after I had left, so I was put through to his voicemail. However, it was FULL so I could not even leave a message. I emailed him and it has been 5 days not with no response. There were so many problems besides the fact that it simply was absolutely filthy. Only one elevator worked and it was incredibly slow. The other was broken. We booked this hotel in order to have a washing machine, but it was broken. We had to go find a laundromat to wash the uniforms. Many of the rooms had similar issues, but I will just write about mine. There was food crumbs on the floor, long black hairs on the sheets, white substance splattered on the curtains, holes in the desk chair, toilet paper shoved into a hole on the wall by the lightswitch, food residue and crumbs in and around the refrigerator, the coffeemaker was broken, the hairdryer kept falling off the wall, the toilet leaked, and the bathtub was dirty.....so dirty that dirt ran down the drain when we first turned it on. The workout room was truly filthy. There were hairballs in the corners and mold. The equipment was so dirty you could write on it. There were food crumbs all over. The water cooler was broken and only lukewarm water came out. The treadmill belt was splitting down the middle and separating. A large piece of it fell off while I was on it. It truly is a hazard and someone is going to likely get hurt. I have documented pictures of everything, but I am having a hard time getting them to load. I am at a loss at to what to do.....we spent so much and I want a refund! It was a horrible experience!

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and professional. Room was large. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a tad dingy, bottom of door showed signs of past flooding, some black spots along shower caulking. Toilet pressure was sub-par. Breakfast was ok. They have a lot of choices from cereal to waffles to eggs and more but nothing is super great. Coffee was good and there were a lot of hot tea choices. All in all, this place is safe and basically clean.

Nice hotel in nice neighborhood. A number of food establishment nearby. Front desk clerk at check-in could have been friendlier but she didn't insult me. Room was nice and everything worked well. No sleep timer on television.

I would not stay @ this hotel again. It is right next to a dog kennel with barking dogs all day & night. When I called to inquire about the hotel the manager told me there hotel was quiet , not by a major street with noise. Not only do you have road noise you have barking dogs. I turned on the hair drier and flames started shooting out of it! I about burned my hair. Checked in @ 3:00PM asked for a room on high floor away from road noise, elevator & ice machine. Got a room next to the elevator & the ice machine. A/C unit very noisy too. Heard the dogs barking asked to be moved to the other side of hotel, they refused to move us. Sad with the 24 hour cancelation you are stuck with a crappy hotel. The breakfast was almost non existent. The treadmill quit working mid-way on my work out. Had a safe but it didn't work either. The sink drain was clogged too! Asked manger for a refund and he refused! DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL! BAD NEWS!!!! I'll stick with a Marriott or Hilton property for sure.
