I enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable.

Check in was smooth and fast. Just be aware the onsite bar and restaurant is closed on Sundays, which was a bit disappointing. However, there are plenty of restaurants and bars near by. Its a safe location and worth the extra few dollars to be in a hotel where there is little to no rifraf and proximity to the interstate and shopping and restaurants.

The 3-11 front desk associate and the bartender were wonderful! The room was comfortable and the property was nice. The AM front desk associate was not concerned at all about the hairy bath towel that was folded up as clean in our room. She pulled the hair off the towel and told me to have a nice day. There was no apology nor was i offered a clean towel. That was dissapointing.

Everyone who works here was SUPER nice and accommodating. This is one of the more affordable options in this block of hotels in Murfreesboro... Totally worth it. I didn't have a chance to visit the fitness center but it looked fantastic.

Everything was good , start to finish. Excellent staff, everyone helpful and friendly! Bed was comfortable, room temperature perfect, an overall excellent stay!

No restaurant! No bar! They need to share that info on the website! They advertise bar and restaurant which was the main reason i chose this property!

The receptionist was the most unfriendly person at a front desk we have ever experienced. Shower head was ridiculous and we could not even get a rainwater flow from it. No bar of soap in the room whatsoever - again stupid and ridiculous. Body soap bottle empty. Bed was too hard.
Big disappointment for such a new hotel.

On our way back from 2 week vacation and found this hotel to spend the night. Room was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the restaurant being available for dinner so we did not have to go back out after checking in.

Steve , in the bar, was a wonderful reception, although we arrived just before last call. Steve offered us cold beverages and something to snack on after our day on the road. He also gave us recommendations based upon the questions we had regarding Jack Daniel’s tour, the uncle nearest tour as well as the best local pho!
We enjoyed visiting with Steve and look forward to seeing him on our next visit to the Nashville area.
