A lovely repeat stay. A top floor room overlooking the pool as well as the mainland Mallorca. From 1st to last the staff really looked after me. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The facilities available at the hotel are all 1st class. They have a really good thing going here and long may it continue. I am already planning a return trip for the future.

Loved this hotel, the staff were just awesome: could not praise them enough; from check-in to the restaurant teams. Highly recommend the half board ; brilliant food, great artists perform after dinner also but all stops by 11:00 so no late noise - brilliant value overall. Across the road from the beach. Overall ; 10/10 on all fronts. The management team should be VERY proud of their team.

Couldn’t fault the food . Really good . Very close to beach so you can do pool day or beach day. All staff so friendly and went the extra mile for my little boy , he is 4. The rooms were immaculate every day when we would come back after being out . Loved the air con in the room. I thought the rooms were small at first but realised as the holiday went on that there was no need for any bigger! Shower was fab. We are definitely returning next year

Great hotel, good location and facilities. Food was excellent with a varied range every evening and breakfast and staff were all very friendly and helpful making my stay very enjoyable. There were also good facilities to store bikes. Will definitely return when next in Mallorca

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice now. The area around is nice - the beach is a two minute walk from the front door, the area feels safe. The hotel is an older building, but inside rooms are pleasant, I think every one has a balcony. It has a decent pool (although I only used it once because the beach is so close). In October it’s not too busy. I stayed half board, the food is pretty decent and inexpensive, so if you choose to eat elsewhere on a couple of evenings you’ve not lost much. Staff are friendly and helpful. For the price I paid I think it’s a great hotel.

Both my friend and I were very pleased to discover that the hotel was exactly as it appeared on the website. No wheel on trees lol. It was very clean and fresh. No tired decor at all. The food was as you would expect, and being a fussy eater myself, I was more than happy with the choice. Service was very good, and the staff very friendly. We were lucky enough to have a room at the front of the hotel, overlooking the sea. Despite traffic, we didn’t find the road a problem where noise was concerned. For the resort, it is relatively peaceful - probably not for those seeking a vibrant nightlife. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a meal and cocktail. Alcudia is not far, so an option to explore. There are activities that can be enjoyed, such as a day out on a catamaran with a light lunch included. Brochures are available in reception for other activities. In all, we were very pleased with our holiday, and would highly recommend it.

This was the third time in a row that we stayed in this hotel. This time we came in October. The service was fine, our rooms were really good. The staff was helpful. Breakfast and dinner were really good.

This is the second visit I and my disabled Daughter have made to this hotel and would definitely book again. Lovely clean hotel, great facilities, relaxed a**osphere, excellent staff, nothing too much trouble. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance and the beach is right across the road

As always a easy and quick check in, this time was the food even better than it was the last time we stayed here .Nice variation at the buffé. The room was clean and they kept it like that the whole week. This time the tent was full for the bikes so we parked them in the bikegarage at level -1.
