酒店在高速旁邊，好像是印度人在管理。房間隔音效果不太好，床不是很舒服，早餐種類很少，吃的一般般。

I had to do a weekend trip to Salt Lake City to see my son and the stay was great at unbeatable pricing and it even included breakfast which was great.

The staff were uninterested in helping and solving our problems with vending machines and room necessities, the trimming and baseboards were poorly finished exposing cavities and cold air, the doors to the coat dresser were off the tracks and wouldn’t move, and after having provided only four small decorative pillows, the staff were not willing to provide more. The breakfast was cheap and barely edible, and all in all the experience was poor.

From Check-in to check-out everything went smoothly! Room was very nice and even more comfortable--great nights sleep. Breakfast was good and I was on my way.

Pro- the staff was nice…
Con-everything else
-entrance closed all side entrances open with no keycards, area not great,
-bed was broken, or just installed by an ignorant individual. King on 2 little bases with no support
-switched rooms and it was next to the laundry which ran all night
-no modern thermostat
-water got turned off in the morning by the city to fix the pool
-my kiddo was obviously excited about the swimming pool saying swimming pool! And grinning and laughing excitedly and no mention was made of it being out of service-
He’s autistic and not being told the pool was out of service was just rude anyway.
-not very clean
Just go to the crystal inn or any other hotel, same price and they are 100x nicer

Room was cold, but the heater was too hot at night. We took the covers from the other bed to keep warm at night without the heater. No maid service on Christmas day.

Property was under construction, room was good the staff was great. I really enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for a nice visit.

TV in the room would not work. Desk clerk made good effort to get it corrected but she was not able to do it. Again I say...good effort. Not really anyones fault at the hotel. Obviously the last guest in the room failed to report it.

Have stayed at this property several times in the past, keep giving it another try.. pretty much done after last weekend.
Every day we had to reset our room key because it stopped working. The pool and pool area is terrible. The breakfast and breakfast area is so outdated and terrible.
The rooms need updated desperately and by a qualified skilled worker. The workmanship is less than quality.
The bed and pillows were not bad, that’s about the only good thing I have to say from my last stay. (I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights)
