This was a beautiful hotel with lots of space to relax and have drinks with friends. The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. I would definitely stay here again!

Dependable and clean. Always a nice stay. I do wish they would open the rooftop bar and amenities already. That’s a bit disappointing. But other than that, it’s a great place to stay and have a good time.

Our room had hair in the shower, no conditioner, not up to standards. No caffeinated coffee. We had to ask every day for coffee in the room. A roof top bar is advertised but not there. I got quoted $119/ night and ended up paying $250. Do not stay here.

Was grateful they had a room available, however for the $330 i paid for the nite 1 king sz bed was not worth it. Guess it was better than sleeping in my truck. The curtain rod was falling off, we couldnt turn on any lights, not sure if they weren't plugged in or bulb was out. We were able to get 1 lamp on and it just flickered, so we just turned it off. Tv light was enough at that point. Bathroom door wouldnt lock and the bathroom fan was out of service. Over all i wouldn't stay there again i would just drive a lil further to find something worth the $330

It was an amazing trip and the hotel was amazing.It smelt so good and the customer service was on point.

We arrived after check in time and their room is not ready. They had to find something different. There is a table very dirty. We ends up cleaning ourself since we were too tired to ask them to change room. I wished I took a picture. Then the noisy level is pretty high and I can heard every step above. But of course I am a light sleeper. Then they told us 12pm check out. But the next day they rushed us saying it is 11am check out. The receptionist is rude and claim there is no one in charge in the hotel on Sunday. So I left my phone number to have them call me on Monday. But no one called me. I think overall bad management.

the property is modern clean.
The housekeeping staff and the front office clerk were chatting loudly and laughing at front desk. Is like they are at home.
I ask the housekeeping who is working on my floor to replace the wet towel. She bought a new one but did not remove the wet one. I have to call her back to get the wet one.
Later that afternoon. I saw two housekeeping staff chatting right next door. I request for some coffee package refill, and she respond she will bring it later. She never did replace it. Instead of chat chat they should do their work.
