HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Save yourself the hassle and don't stay here. I booked a last minute stay for two nights, got there at 7pm to find no hotel lobby or receptionist, just a maid manning the bar with a couple of native people there, who could barely speak English. She stated that we couldn't stay there as the money had not been received. Then the owner gets on the phone, saying 'you can stay because it's late and give me the cash tomorrow". So we stay the night, there is NO running water, forget about hot water, NO wifi, NO heat, (I had to pull out my sleeping bag), and mould in the room, which meant I had to use my inhaler. Barely slept the night, couldn't shower, brush teeth or any of that. Left early the next morning. Came back to talk to the guy and he says that he never received any money from ********** hence he would have to charge me for the rooms. I refused to pay again hence did not stay the second night. In the mean time, I call ********** and they are completely unhelpful, saying that they will follow up with the owner. 2 weeks have gone by ... nothing has been done and I have paid $175 for two rooms for a crappy place that is advertised all over the internet on hotels, booking, trip advisor etc. I can't believe it! Totally aghast! Also, can't believe that ********** did not take any responsibility for advertising blatantly false information. Wow! All I can say is that they've lost me as a customer. Save yourself the hassle, peeps!
