The Claridges Nabha Residence Mussoorie

Our city’s constant veil of pollution hangs like a diaphanous shroud, doing its best to stifle us. Our lungs struggle in this gas chamber ! So, when any opportunity to escape presents itself, I seize it eagerly. When my brother proposed a family reunion in the hills of Mussoorie and tasked me with handling the logistics, I happily accepted. With the help of a resourceful friend, we secured reservations at the beautiful Club and suite rooms in the courtyard of the Claridges-run Nabha Place hotel. A six-and-a-half-hour drive on smooth highways from Delhi brought us to this tranquil haven in Mussoorie . Set amidst pines and lush greenery, and just far enough from the bustle of town, the location is beyond beautiful . Clear blue skies , crisp mountain air, vibrant foliage, well-appointed rooms, delicious food, excellent service and the joy of being with loved ones—what more could one ask for? I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to every staff member at the hotel, especially front office managers Shivank, Akshat, and Dinesh ***** with their courteous and helpful team , for making this family holiday unforgettable. We received exemplary personalized service at every turn, from the dining room staff to the shuttle drivers and the security guards manning this pretty property . Each member deserves a special mention in gratitude Food & Service Amit , Rohit ,Anand ,Shailender , Anand ,Mukesh , Shivansh Driver Ashish , Inder Security Anuj, Sooraj , Arvind I know when I will look back in time to track beautiful memories , this holiday will figure in preciously .

The staff were very attentive and the peace was great. I recommend staying in one of the higher level rooms. Also taking a day trip with a driver is a great way to see all of the surrounding sights (if you don't have your own car.) The clouds came In late morning. Get up early for clear views.

Beautiful property..straight out of Romantic novels. We visited one Sunday morning for Buffet breakfast and were overwhelmed by courtesy & service provided by Mr Akshat & Mr Shailendra. The Buffet spread was descent & personal food requests were well attended. The Rooms are cosy with beautiful interiors and lavish Sit outs. They also have huge Recreation area downhill with kids’ activities & Tennis lawns. Overall an experience to cherish!!

A sudden plan to visit mussoorie for a 4 night vacay landed us on the serene and opulent environs of Claridges Nabha Residence - some 3odd kms ahead of mall road and accessible by a steep climb to reach the erstwhile residence hotel of Raja of Nabha. Managed by Claridges New Delhi under the able leadership of Devvrratt Singh Rathore their Resident Manager and Dilip Das their General Manager, out stay was something out a royalty experience. The rooms are recently refurbished and we were upgraded to a Claridges Room stocked with all what a 5 star deluxe hotel would have. Clean linen, comfortable bed, efficient service and most important the quality and taste of food served in-room and at the restaurant dining area marks as the hallmark of a super Royal extravaganza experience. Surrounded by woods and shaded sitout area outside each room with comfy sofas and chairs makes the rainy experience an never to forget as we spent hours sitting lazily staring at the falling rain and enjoying the tea coffee cookies and pakoras served each time. Hallmark of our stay at Claridges Nabha Residence can be labelled as comfortable regal satisfying and unique in all respects. We have no doubt to repeat the experience moment we need to break free for a holiday in mussoorie hills. For the uninitiated its in Barlowganj - another hill overlooking the mall road with other hotels like Jaypee Resorts too in its immediate vicinity. You need a car at your beck and call or avail the hourly feee drop and pickup from Mall Road.

Hotel rooms are cleaned ,tidy and gives royal feelings. Floor is wooden and bed is comfortable too. Customer service is exceptional, they also assist you with getting 2 or wheeler. Food is good, amenities are as good as pictures and description. Value for money and peacefully place. Hotel manager dilip and every staff is extremely helpful, warm and welcoming.

Lovely location, the ambience suits the landscape and mountain retreat, tasty food and dinning space , one of the best part is the multiple outdoor dinning options,while enjoying the climate and refreshing wind, added to this is the arrangement of live music make it memorable; Mr Das and Mr Rathore are extremely polite and caring individuals with professional attitudes. Rooms could be better though.
