Once in Mykonos - Designed for Adults

The nicest hotel we stayed in. The staff were extremely friendly and Gregory was my favourite person of all time!! They treated me and my partner like royalty. Definitely going back here. The food was exquisite. Perfect breakfast served until 11am each day. The cleaners were very thorough. The poolside staff couldn’t do enough for you. The room had the perfect view.

As soon as you arrive at this beautiful location, you are greeted by smiling happy staff. We were made to feel very comfortable and they went above and beyond to make our holiday fabulous. The pool area is stunning and so relaxing. The views are stunning too. Our 2 bedroom apartment was so clean and decorated beautifully and bathroom stocked with Jo Malone products. They also had a Spa and well equipped gym. The whole hotel is super relaxing and smells amazing. I have never met such helpful kind staff, they were all absolutely wonderful - they really made our holiday great !! Thank you, we will definitely return

Once in Mykonos is a fabulous place to stay. The rooms were clean, the location was quiet, the staff incredible and the food delicious. The first night we arrived we had the beef fillet and it was by far one of the best we have had. We looked forward to the breakfast each morning as well. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They had reliable drivers, fun and helpful recommendations for activities and restaurants. They truly seemed like they cared that we had a great time. I would highly recommend Once in Mykonos for anyone heading to the island.

Incredible hotel! The views are exceptional. Amazing service and great location! The rooms were perfect , very spacious ! All the staff is great! We had the best time during our honeymoon . We hope we can come back soon. Definitely recomendable

Simply wonderful - views are spectacular, hotel is spotless , amazing pool area , food very good - but the best part is the staff , couldn’t be more helpful, so friendly and led by a superb general manager who looks after his guests so well - Ornos beach is a lovely location , good restaurants (Kuzina was the best) - very rarely go back to the same place but will definitely return here .

We have just got back from a wonderful stay at Once in Mykonos. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were so helpful! (Especially Janis and Gregory 😄). The breakfast was delicious and the room was beautiful. We also loved the location, slightly quieter than Mykonos town but Ornos beach is a great location, with lots of places to eat and an easy bus ride away from the old town. The view from our room was stunning. We highly recommend this hotel and would be back in a heartbeat if we could. Thank you for making our holiday perfect!

It was a beautiful experience, the hotel was still new when we visited, but the staff was super friendly and trying to make a good experience for the guests, we had the suite with private pool with the amazing sea view and very private, Vaco is the best concierge ever in Mykonos and she will help you with everything she was amazing, the only small problem we faced is sometimes buggy wasn’t available so we had to take the long stairs to go up to the room which was a bit hectic sometimes.

The staff was incredible!!! I have never had such an attentive and kind staff at a hotel before. The bartenders, receptionists, greeting crew, house keepers, managers, serving staff, and chefs were absolutely amazing. We made personal connections with each the staff members because of their hospitality. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!!!! Specific shoutout to Gregory and Johnis … we love you and will miss you. You two are incredible and MADE for this industry! Thank you for everything XX

Perched on the hillside overlooking Ornos Beach and the Aegean Sea, the panoramic views from each corner of this hotel is simply outstanding. The food at the Infinity restaurant was excellent - heavily influenced by Greek cuisine yet elevated with new techniques and beautifully presented. The portions were very generous and it was so comforting to have authentic Greek dishes that were so full of flavour. I'm still dreaming about the kebabs, truffle butter, flatbread, lamb chops and meatballs! The breakfast spread was also wonderful - I was spoilt for choice. My room was spotless with a large lounging area, grand high ceilings and the most comfortable bed ever - I highly recommend adding an extra day to your trip to just lay in bed! The infinity pool is gorgeous, studded with olive trees and floats, of course, with exceptional views. The star of the show - the staff. They were so notably warm and personable and you could tell that they were passionate about hospitality. I felt that I'd gotten to know them in such a short space of time and I loved that they were allowed to freely interact and have conversations and banter, beyond small talk. They were very knowledgeable about the hotel, the island and Greece as a whole, yet it didn't feel forced or performative at all, which I believe makes such a huge difference because as guests, we can easily tell when things are overly orchestrated.  The General Manager Myrto was particularly bubbly and hands-on - her joy was so infectious! The whole team felt like a family, with arms open, ready to welcome all.
