部屋が狭い！荷物を広げて整理するスペースもない。バス・トイレ・洗面がいっしょで、夫婦でもストレス。大浴場はゴルフ場のクラブハウスの浴場のように、芋の子を洗う状態で、とても温泉気分でゆったりするなんてムリでした。食事はそれなりのレベルで美味しかったですが、ゆっくりできないのでは、リゾートホテルとは名乗れないでしょう。

夫婦で温泉宿を楽しんでおります。普段は温泉宿で会席料理なのですが、予約の取りにくいリゾートホテルという口コミから一度行ってみようと予約しました。たまたまSPA&SU ITE棟の温泉露天テラスツインのお部屋が空いていたので予約しお世話になりました。到着時スタッフさまに気持ち良くお出迎え頂き、お部屋に案内されてからすぐに大浴場に向かいました。浴場にはゴルフを楽しんで来られた方々で混み合っており少しげんなりした気分でそそくさとお部屋に戻りましたが、お部屋の露天風呂は開放感があり温泉で温まった身体を草原のそよ風が心地よく整えてくれて最高でした。夕食はフレンチのコース料理、朝食はブッフェ形式の和洋食を美味しく頂きました。お見送りもスタッフさまに手を振って気持ち良く出発致しました。口コミ通り良いリゾートホテルでした。また再訪したく思います。

春と秋に年に2回、必ず連泊で利用するお気に入りホテル。 プレミアム棟の深湯が大好きです。 一度だけスパスイート棟を利用しましたが、お部屋の露天風呂利用時、外(冬はゲレンデ)を散策している人の視線が気になるかもです。 お天気によっては雲海や素敵な景色も見ることができます。 食事は洋食が美味しい。 席数が少なく、かなり前からの予約が必要な寿司懐石を2回ほどいただきましたが・・・もういいかな。 スタッフの方の印象も良く、ゆっくり快適に過ごせるホテルです。

以前より気になっていたリゾートホテルでした。 ロケーションはもっと山の上かと思ってましたが案外それほどでもなかったです、元々十分高い所ですからね。 眺めは広く大きく深く綺麗で過剰な演出もなく大変落ち着けました。 サービスは皆さん控えめに構えてくれて丁寧な言葉使いで安心出来ました。 特にベテランの方々は心地良く会話してくださいました（こっちもベテランですが💦）。 部屋ですが近年改装されたとの事で今様になっていました。 部屋の内装間取りともセンス良いと思います、ゆとりある時間が過ごせます。 最後に食事なんですが、勿論美味しいのですが必然的に基準点が上がってしまいますよね。メインダイニングは綺麗だし、サービスも良かったですよ。 これだけの内容なのに値段はお安いと思います、十分納得できる設定だと思います。 心地良い時間を提供して頂けました、次はできれば連泊ですね。

2023年9月に初めて訪れました。 ホテルからの眺め、料理、温泉、スタッフの方々全てが最高でした。 アクアテラスから、涼しい風に吹かれながら空と流れる雲、山々を眺めるだけで全く飽きません。何もしない贅沢な時間を過ごせました。 食事もどれも美味しかったです。 なお、米どころの新潟にありますが、お米はもちろん麓のBakery & Tableを含めパンがかなり美味しいです。 オススメはイチジクパン。食事中、私たちも周りの方々もかなりおかわりしていました。 夜は露天風呂につかりながら、月と星を眺め、身体を暖めぐっすり眠れました。 帰ってきたばかりですがまた行きたいです。 家族や友人にもお勧めしたいです。

今回はプレミアム棟の深湯付に3連泊。 前回ちょっと満足度が低かったので迷ったけど・・・ やっぱり2泊より3泊だと良かった。 何もしない日、ロープウェイに乗って外を散策する日、エステ受けてゆっくりする日。 毎晩バーに行きまったり。 夕飯のアクアグリル、ソルビエは満足。 初めて鮨懐石も利用しました。ネタを見せてもらいお腹と相談しながら握ってもらいました。美味しかったけど普通かなぁ。 3泊だとお昼の選択肢が洋食系しかなく少し悩みました。 覚えて下さってるスタッフさんも増え、大好きな深湯のお風呂はやっぱり最高で良かった。 チェックアウトの精算見てギョっとしましたが、次の予約も入れてきました。

年2回宿泊しています。 今回はプレミアム棟1階、P3深湯のお部屋に5泊しました。P2深湯のお部屋も景色が良いのですが、P3の方が広々としているのでお勧めです。 コロナになって海外に行きづらくなりましたが、ここのホテルでは海外リゾート感を味わえます。部屋の前に広がる水盤越しに、斑尾山や野尻湖が一望。お部屋の温泉もとても香りが良く、温度も温めでゆっくり入っていられます。 赤倉ゴルフコースも宿泊者優待価格でプレーでき、白いバンカーがとても美しいのでおすすめです。 死ぬまでに行きたいホテルとして有名ですが、1年前から予約が可能なので早めに抑えておくことをお勧めします。
