Long Bay Dunes by Elliott Beach Rentals

We stayed in A3 (3rd floor corner) condo. Family of 5 (2 adults, 3 11 and under kids) and it was more than enough room for us. Clean & spacious. 2 full bathrooms and the washer/dryer were AWESOME. The condo provided plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, & soap. I would recommend bringing an extra or 2 of blankets and pillows. All of the condos have closets on the ground floor to store beach chairs and other things in and A3 had a closet full of beach chairs, toys etc. Now for negatives. No elevator. If you have any kind of injury/mobility issue, this place is NOT for you. Lugging up luggage and groceries to our 3rd story condo was grueling. There are some cosmetic upgrades that this condo could use, but a couple of major fixes are needed such as the balcony sliding doors. The living room one was broken and a stick was provided to wedge it shut. It didn't slide open easily either. There is also a sliding door from the main bedroom, but that one was even more difficult to slide open. Also, the AC window unit in the living room is EXTREMELY loud. Works fantastic at cooling the area, but it's SO loud and rattly. Could be a big problem for anyone sleeping in the living room or just wanting a quiet moment in the living room. Even with the few problems that IMO need to be addressed, I would still recommend this place for anyone willing to climb and descended flights of stairs. Could not beat the view of the beach from the balcony and the short walk to the beach.

The only other thing that was a disappointment was taking away the games and fun at the Long Beach Pool. It was pretty boring, had a DJ but it just was not the same. All of the games were moved to the main pool so now there are two "quiet" pools. Anyone that is familiar with the old French Pool and the fun to be had there is missing. I am hoping this will be brought back to some degree. I think one quiet pool is plenty. The Long Beach Pool is a great place to be and fun, hopefully the fun will return. It does not need to be at the level of the main pool but something would be greatly appreciated!

First time staying with Elliott Beach Rentals. Long Bay Dunes was nice and quiet . Very clean, had everything we needed.

Property was clean being on the 3rd floor never found an elevator. Dishwasher didn't work.
