I reserved the 3 bedroom ocean view condo. Overall the visit was okay. The room was clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies. The communication was rating was low because on check-in we was told the indoor and outdoor pool was operational and heated. However, the only the outdoor pool was operational and was not heated. The other attractions that make the hotel attractable was closed including the kid fun zone. I’m guessing this a reason for the low rate. But we still enjoyed our time in the room. Luckily we brought our own family fun games. I recommend to book during the season hours the water park and fun zone is operational. Basically spring and summer.

Sand dunes is always our go to resort EVERYTIME my family and I go to the beach you guys rock keep up the great work and see you soon!

Very nice stay only complaint was one of our towels in bathroom had black on it. Might have been cleaned but if stained & wait get rid of it. Beds were very uncomfortable

I requested a suite and it look like a nigh**are from hell. The halls were ranked with the smell of pee and smoke. Then they gave me a tiny room with no accommodation and said it’s ocean view! I didn’t care about a view we needed space for my husband and my 2 children. Horrible stay. And I have been all over the world and Myrtle beach, the worst stay. Will never go back. I booked through ******* and they could get a hold of the front desk and when I went down there wasn’t anybody there around 7pm.

The stay was ok. Need upgrades bad it was just ok. The game room was like 7 games. The room I didn’t sleep undercover. I alway bring my own blankets do to thin spreads on bed. No roomservice or cleaning only request swap out of towel. Pizza bar was closed. But the fireworks for new year was the best part.

Located about 4-5 miles from main attraction areas. Security concerns as these are separate buildings without a front reception and easily accessible by any outsiders roaming the immediate area.

The waterpark was shutdown. The inside of our room floor was so dirty my feet were almost black from.walking feom the ahower to my bed. The shower doors were broken sonwe couldnt slide them to take showers. The parking garage isnt connected so it was a pain to keep walking from.building to building. I liked that the deposit was only a dollar and the room included a kitchen , small living room area and balcony . Overall for the price was ok if your only passing through and staying ine night.
