Oceanfront rooms. Balcony little small and I prefer not be on 9 th floor next time but all around good

The room had a couple of mold spots on the ceiling, and the floor had some spots where it looked like it had been half mopped. As far as the location goes, it was just right. The only other problem that I had was the breeze way, the parking lot, the elevators were not cleaned, and they had no complimentary breakfast for the guest. Also, it smelt like **** the whole time there, and the pools were always crowded. All and all it was a good stay.

Everything turned out well, I had a problem with a non working microwave. It was replaced promptly , the evening courtesy calls were appreciated. Will stay again. Thank you

The room was horrible.. it had a very bad smell to it. Not clean. We had to buy disinfectant wipes and wipe everything down. The room was very out dated. I didnt enjoy my stay at all.

Cleanliness is average..front desk staff are okay ! Room are okay for the price .just the house keeping wont come everyday..+ you have to get whatever u need in the room like toiletries and some for the kitchenette in the front desk.

The hotel was a good deal for the price the indoor pools were good if they had been warmer they would have been better

Hotel is so old so raggedy was very uncomfortable with all the new technology it was like seeing an ancient house that no one lives in everything is raggedy is screaming for a remodel

Only issue is that there was sand all over the floor like it wasn’t swept between stays. Other than that it was a nice experience. Super comfortable beds and loved being able to keep the balcony door open to listen to the waves.

Amazing time, I can’t wait to return for the summer, Staff was super nice, they have all the rules posted, pools and hot tubs were clean. My room was clean. And most importantly the bathroom was clean! Balcony was private. My first beach experience during February was a success thanks to Sand Caslt oceanfront resorts amazing time!
