The night we arrived we had to get a third set of keys before we could get into our room. We had 2 outlets (not including the one for lights and the microwave). Their response was, “we are getting those upgraded sometime this year”. When we checked out, we let them know that we needed to get new keys ever time we left the room. Their response was, we are getting those replaced sometime this year”.
When I let them know a ceiling tile was hanging in the hallway, they said ok. When we left for dinner the same night, I let someone else know and was told they would take care of it when someone from maintenance got there.
