I love The View a lot how clean and nice everyone was to us explaining the things we need to know it's a beautiful place I thank you for letting us enjoy our 40th anniversary

Hotel was in good condition. Minor wear and tear. Rooms were clean. Great that it had a functional kitchen. I wish the hotel had more flexibility under critical circumstances: such as cancelled flights. Allowing guest to pay for an extra day or extension & as courtesy waiving the resort fee since it's not a full days stay (and the see was paid for 4 days in a row) is a recommendation. Especially if it's off peak season. But things seems to be based on low staffing.

We enjoy the mature crowd and quiet surroundings. The rooms are always clean and check in always smooth. The biggest complaint I would even consider is that there has been issues with the small outdoor hot tub in my last two visits. There are two other hot tubs available, but that one is my favorite and I get disappointed when it's not functioning. Overall...a wonderful place to visit and usually quite pleasant to stay there.

Very rude staff the room was dirty and had roaches when I complained nothing was done they finally gave us another room which was worse than then the first

Was my first time. Overall very nice. The only thing towels for the pool were bit old and worn out. I do carry my own, just saying.

Our first room had roaches, we requested another room. The employee at the front desk was very nice, and we got another room with no issue! Great customer service!

Absolutely love the oceanfront with private balcony room. Resort was very clean, staff were very nice and respectful. We stayed 3 nights and only complaint I have is that we didn’t get room service . We had to go down ask for towels. But other than that, it was great! We will be returning

Overall not a bad experience. Parking is not the best and the management that was there at the time of our visit was rude.
