Rooms were moderately priced, shower was nice and warmed quickly and outside people traffic was light. Bed was a little hard but comfortable for a night's rest.

We came to visit our son and our stay was comfortable and quiet. The construction is annoying but easy to get around.

Big room with fridge and microwave. Staff was extremely friendly. There is also a breakfast provided. The rooms are accessed from outside.

Great staff. Clean rooms in good condition. Nice breakfast. Third stay in several months. If you want a good value in Nacogdoches stay at this family owned hotel.

I usually hate hotels that have the room doors facing the outside instead of a hallway, but we were desperate and took a chance. I'm so glad we did! The beds were soft and comfortable. The pillows weren't flat. The room was clean. The road noise was a bit loud, but that can't be helped right off of the highway. Be aware that the sink was super low even for me at 5'5", let alone for him at 6'1". Watching him shave in the mini sink was hilarious though. I'd definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and professional.
The hosekeeping Department was accommodating.
My first time staying at hotel where door to yhe room is outside. We always had to go by the lobby to go to rooms.

The alarm in the empty room next-door started ringing at 11:00 p.m. I call the front desk to ask someone to shut it off, but no one answered the phone at the front desk. I called several times and no one ever answered. The next morning I reported it to the front counter,

To start with, the water pressure in the shower was very low. The water was only mildly warm, so the shower was disappointing all the way around. During the night, we were awakened by a very loud television blaring from downstairs. Turns out it was the night staff member who had it turned all the way up. On Sunday morning, we woke up to no water at all. This probably was not the fault of the hotel, but it just capped off a very disappointing stay.
