This hotel just located beside the major station with family mart just below the building

Extremely bad experience with this hotel. Firstly, upon arrival, the only escalator leading to the hotel broke down, had to climb the long stairs. I booked a twin room with 2 beds for sgd 250 for the stay without breakfast, but accidentally selected 1 pax during booking. Then the hotel staff charged me spot walk in rate for another pax for additional sgd 250 but still its the same twin room setting. No change to the room, no upgrade, no breakfast involved, but just 1 more pax, the hotel decided to charge me double. How would an additional pax justify double the cost for staying in the same room with 2 beds. I thought i paid for the room type, 2 beds, therefore logically 2 pax occupancy. Unjustified additional charges. I offered to pay the hotel additional admin fees to accommodate 1 more pax due to my mistake during booking, but not 200%. The hotel staff claimed its walk in rate thats why the hike in prices,, but I booked the hotel a month ago. Unreasonable charges. Stay far from this hotel, zero empathy and inflexible.

Very good location, just opposite the train station. Reception is on level 2, but staff is helpful to help carry luggages to and fro ground floor. Room is small and toilet is squeezy, but still decent for a short stay. There is a Shampoo Bar at the reception to pick up stoiletries. Breakfast is good, the complimentary soba noodles on selected weekday nights is also great. Nice view from the 10th floor, and also free space for customers to chill during the day. Water was not provided complimentary to customers but instead was earned through a game.

Had a great stay at hotel abest. The hotel is directly opposite Nagano station, making it very convenient and easy to get around. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Need offer cold air conditioner. I was told that the existing air conditioner is only for heat air and offered a fan. If not the weather was fine. I would have asked for refund.

Nice location

位置便捷，距離車站很近，出去遊玩十分方便；酒店雖然老，但是乾淨整潔，服務水平在線；但是設備有些老舊，空調衹能通過床頭的按鈕控制，有些不方便；但是晚上有夜酒和蕎麥麪的免費服務，很棒；樓頂休息區還有豐富的漫畫，以及按摩椅，遊玩一天回來，帶上對面車站的點心，放鬆下十分舒適～

優秀的地點，就在JR站旁邊，樓下就有便利店，附近大量居酒屋。 酒店雖然老舊，但職員服務實在太好了！ 10樓有免費的按摩椅、當地清酒、汽水、附上當地特產七味粉的湯麵，雖然內容是免費的，但服務員的態度也是十分親切，也感受到酒店的用心之處，非常好的經驗 有機會再來長野也要住這裡！

駅前で周囲に飲食店も多くて便利。入り口のエスカレーターが故障しているので、スーツケースの人は大変かもしれません。 夕方からの数種類の地酒のサービスや20時からのそばのサービスはとても良かったです。コーヒーやソフトドリンクがいつでも飲めるのは便利です。スタッフの方も親切なのでまた利用したいと思います。

地點方便，就在長野站對面，一出來就看到酒店，樓下就有family mart，酒店有免費宵夜(蕎麥麵)和飲品提供。往酒店大堂要先上一層，電梯剛好維修中，但職員會幫忙提行李。

ПОМОЙКА !!!!! Отель Abest в другом городе, Окаяма - потрясающий. Поэтому заселился. Такой помойки я не видел никогда !!!!! Только зашёл в отель, и лифт , и тут же шок. Ковровое покрытие в лифте, грязнее , чем тротуар. Лампочка в номере 5 W. То есть, заменить ковровое покрытие и лампочки, это минимальные вложения , но им это не нужно. После выселения, на следующей день, зашёл позавтракать, на стойке регистрации, сотрудница уже приняла деньги, 15 минут, со мной говорила через Гугл переводчик, а потом говорит, что завтрак невозможен, он только для гостей отеля. В соседнем отеле, без проблем оплатил завтрак, не заселяясь. Эта сотрудница, До этого кланялась в пол, когда жил в отеле. Вот такое японское гостеприимство, только в этом отеле. Тупость и хамство.

在站的對面，很近，但酒店在2樓，要抬箱子上很長的樓梯，扶梯不開放，酒店的人是不會幫忙的。入住的時候熱情，退房後回去拿寄存的行李，想上個廁所也不給用，那個男的和入住時像換了一個人似的，完全不同的嘴臉，也不笑了，面無表情的。

由於在白馬被接駁車耽誤沒有趕上最後的班車去長野衹能輾轉三次又是JR又是新幹線終於快半夜12點到達酒店這一路跟逃難一樣各種趕車已經累得不行❌了本想能好好休息一下酒店房間小不説特別舊又破感觀不好又不隔音還10點鐘退房我們實在起不來了太辛苦啦睡過頭啦11點退房加收一千日元真的無話可説😶遺憾😔

深夜のチェックインでしたが、気持ちの良い対応でした。 ベッドの軋み音が気になりました。
