First & foremost each and every single review is true and true face of “Zana (so called luxury but a dumpster) Jim Corbett.so if Mr.Om(property incharge ) told you that reviews are fake by their competitors or ex employees he is lying because I booked that property for two days ( 5th Aug 2024-7th august 2024) and because of the HORRIBLE services I cancelled my second day. Here are the points where they failed miserably:- 1).Rooms-all rooms either classic,tiger tales,riverside or cottages are so small in size can’t accommodate 3 adults ,if they can then u barely walk in the room. RIVERSIDE room has no view of river and this property is so so small ,NO VIEW at all. 2).rooms are so small not at all recommended for family specially with kids whereas Zana Ranthambore rooms are huge and property is so beautiful. 3).they upgrade us to cottage without checking the condition of room- 3.1-no hot water in cottage and they weren’t able to fix it till next day as well and they said we are luxury property.(accordingly to them it’s a technical issue and they won’t able to fix till next day,are you guys staying in ISLAND or CITY?where your team needs more than a day to fix it or guest are staying in yoyo rooms.) 3.2-head shower logging because no one clean the shower from ages(they explain previous guest did not complain for shower so they assume everything fine ,instead of checking the room thoroughly they completely depend on guest feedback,if u complain they fix it,if not then let it be for next guest). 3.3-I was paying 12k /night where I got sad amenities,damage curtain and they took 1hr to prepare the bed after multiple calls for third person (where you assume that third person sleep on floor or bring their own bed). 4).they will never responded on time if you ask anything or after multiple follow up,you feels like you are a staff and working not relaxing and on our vacation. 5).this property and service providers are far from “Luxury “ and “hospitality “,try to stay in “Lemontree hotel “,”ahana hotel”,namaha hotel or lebu but not stay in Zana Jim Corbett.BIG NO. There are so many things ,just because the property is new(6 month old) please don’t be in trap,new furniture won’t make any hotel LUXURY,it’s service and people. Property is taking care by a 30yrs old unexperienced guy name “Om” whom I never saw around the property to check everything ok or not ,he is just busy with his own luxury vacation in property.
