In the heart of bhimtal beautiful garden badminton ground inside hotel complex
food is good, hotel staff are helpful

"I had a wonderful experience at Pine Crest Resort in Bhimtal. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and cozy, and the food was delicious. The resort's location amidst nature added to the tranquility of the stay. Highly recommended for a peaceful retreat!"

No senrity at night. Not at all safe. We left at 9 pm and went to stay at a friends place. Whole hotel was empty except me and my sister in one room. The manager refused to be at the reception at night . Terrific experience

Resort was awesome with mountain view. Staff very friendly and well mannered excellent service throughout the vacation. Food quality and higgene was awsome. Kids play area badminton court table tennis add extra value. It was very nice experience staying at pine crest resort in bhimtal. It is around 30 - 45 min away from nainital but there is no rush in this area so very peaceful.

We asked for upgrade to standard room with view which was 1000 rs extra but they charged us difference in room rent (1000) + Their rooms have smell of cigarettes. Lighter+ash tray was present in the room. Bathrooms were so small that when you sit on toilet seat, your legs are below sink and face above. Their breakfast spread had bare minimum items.

Nothing exquisite about the hotel, apart from the fact that the valley view room presents a eye catchy view. Pros- staff is excellent and courteous

park and surroundings have a nice aura and ambience cons-
1) the breakfast buffet menu, when the hotel is charging for a person for buffet, we don't expect to be served sandwiches and parathas for that price. No variety at all during 3 days of my stay. No juices, just bananas in name of fruits, the breakfast inclusion is definitely not worth the price 2) the hotel is located on a highway so no peace and tranquility, the sleep is disturbed by continuous passing traffic and blaring of horns 3)hotel is at a faroff place, so anything that u want to explore you would need to travel miles down

Location of the property is good. But the safety and hygiene is not upto the mark. The resort was empty, and rooms were stinking. Ac was also not in proper condition.
