Kaara Anantara Resort & Spa

We attended a wedding at TRIANANTARA CORBETT and it was a horrible experience for our family. The staff was not cooperative at all.They continuously harassed us during our functions by disconnecting the electricity.would not recommend

Stayed here for a family function and overall it was not a good experience. The (limited) Pros - The rooms are big and comfy and well decorated. The washroom was also good. It had most of the needed amenities. The bell boys were friendly and efficient. Cons - First of all the location is weird, its far from any civilization and the main corbett park area. Its literally in the middle of some fields with nothing around. The approach road is also very narrow and small. Service was really bad. They forgot to give us towels in the room ! The most basic need. Worst part was it took multiple calls, waiting for an hour and a personal visit to the reception desk to finally get them delivered to our room. We ordered a sandwich and paid the server cash and he said he'll be back with the change but when he came he was 50rs short which he said he'll give us later which he never did. Its not about the small amount but the way this happened. I wonder how many guests they scam like this. The event they hosted was equally bad, my cousins engagement was not enjoyable for the guests as the service was horrible. So many things went wrong, they ran outta soft drinks very soon, the waiters were not serving half of the guests sitting, the bar was understaffed and being run by untrained people. The non veg snacks also got over quickly and they were serving only veg items for most of the evening. We had to ask the so called service manager again and again for so many things and he kept promising but never delivered. It was embarrassing for both the families involved. Also it was very hot and they only had a limited number of outdoor fans which were clearly not enough for such a big gathering. The next days morning buffet was equally sad. Do NOT opt for the breakfast package while booking your room. They only had 3 dishes in total ,mixed paratha ,boiled eggs and idli. What kinda buffet is this supposed to be. Even though the check in/check out timings are clearly mentioned still they called some of our family members room phones at 8am and asked them to check out ! This was totally unacceptable. Would surely advise people to book this place with CAUTION and don't have any expectations.

The resort is not good for family vacation. We stayed there for 2 nights. There is no reaction activity with the resort. And the location also adds to the misery. The pool was filled with dirty water and was not made functional till our stay. The Gim was not functioning and the airconditioner in the so called play area was not functioning and the room were dusty and bad. We were welcomed by flies in the room and they stayed there till we left. The fan and ceiling have dust and cobweb. They ran out of water. We request for spa and they said they will inform but the information never came. A very bad experience for the type of money they changed. The landscaping inside is good and we probably got done by it when we were booking on line..

I am staying 3night at kaara anantara resort in Jim Corbett, resort is very close to Ramnagar 5km. Forest also very close to resort. Corbett waterfall near about 5km from resort. Why stay at kaara anantara ...? I came this property with group I am so happy with stay n my family also so happy this is some place I visit another propety also but this propety is so beautiful n so clean I would like to come again thank u Mr Kartik and Vinod thank u so much

For our family trip to Jim Corbett we stayed at Kara Anantara resort. It was a wonderful time staying in this resort. Food was excellent, tasted like home made food. Staff was very courteous. Good property and well maintained. Overall a nice place to stay and relax.

Simply fabulous. experienced impeccable service and hospitality. The front desk officers Mr. Sanjay Kohli and Mr. Krishna were amazing. Special mention of Mr. Dharmender (head chef) for outstanding cuisine.

Service of the waiter is very slow room service is not upto the mark it's very far away from the jim corbett better to take the location near jhirna and dhela crowd was also not good the resort is in the outskirt not to stay in this type of resort when u are going with family.

We booked 5 rooms for two days. The property was nice but rooms were not well kept. 3 rooms were new 2 were old and not maintained. Key switches were broken. Walls at few place was damp (seelan. The bedsheets towels were old and rough. Room service was slow. Food was pretty average the first night but good on the second night. So inconsistent. But only limited options to order. Enjoyed only because we're in a group and thought not to ruin our two days because of unsatisfactory stay.
