리조트 내부가 깨끗하고 예뻐 더 오래 머물고 싶은 곳이였습니다. 직원분들도 모두 친절했어요. 공연이 펼쳐지는 레스토랑도 인상 깊었습니다.

We had an exciting time at Safari Park hotel and Mary(guest relation), Joshua and Stephen made our stay worth remembering from our entry to the hotel until we completed our three days visit to Nairobi. They were very friendly, welcoming and they gave me a very spacious and excellent suites.

We had an awesome time at Safari Park Hotel! We had 100 business travellers stay and organized a 500 person event. Everything went smoothly. The hotel staff were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfy, and the whole place had a great atmosphere. The hotel was close enough to Nairobi for easy transport, but also felt isolated. Definitely recommend for a great stay!

I recently attended a conference here. Whilst nothing could be rated as really poor, this hotel simply does not meet global standards for its 4-star rating. Whilst the room was clean, the bed comfortable (albeit hard), and the gardens really beautiful, there are a number of issues which need raising and attention. The property is old and tired, and needs quite a bit of revamping. Whilst staff are friendly, they are simply poorly trained, slow, and unable to preempt or understand guests' needs. The food was also simply not up to scratch, although outside caterers may have been employed for the conference's lunches and dinner. As stated at the start, this is not an unpleasant stay, just well below expected standards.

Prior to my first visit to Kenya , I heard of not so good reviews about the country and since it was on my bucket list, I just had to come regardless and explore the country first hand... Safari park hotel was my first check in, mesmerized by the well kept landscape I loved it. Then the best part of it all THE NYAMA CHOMA RANCH... I've never seen something like that, the meat was tasty it came in plentyElijah , Elijah , Elijah from welcoming us to taking us through the menu I knew he was the best and since you all proved to be good than all the bad reviews I had before I said I'm gonna right a good review about ELIJAH and SAFARI PARK HOTEL, keep it up, I'll be back

A tired hotel in need of modernisation. Training of staff in the smaller restaurants desperately needed. The stay at the hotel was saved by the incredible spirit of the staff. Friendly, helpful and positive in all the interactions I had. Nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel looked beautiful and was well-manicured. It appears to be designed for work conferences, weddings, or group takeovers. All the amenities (gym and food) were charged separately which was a huge disappointment to our family. But our room was very pretty with a balcony. The best part of our 5-day stay was the rock slide into the pool and the staff members!

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. The staff are super nice, my room was very pleasant with a nice terrace with lake view. We had also a conference at the hotel and the conference room was fantastic. The hotel was very useful and helpful! I enjoyed the Dawa ginger. Asana Santa!
