Came here to stay for a night. I was impressed with hotel cleanliness. The hotel lobby was refreshing and relaxing. A female reception staff could use a very little improvement on friendliness and politeness ;-) Other staffs were impeccably very nice. The room was well decorated with decent amenities (but do bring your own toothbrush). There were also an electronic door lock, a floor map, an emergency torch, and a safety-deposit box. The swimming pool was good. Breakfast buffet was not impressive at all and was a bit on expensive side. Overall, this hotel punched above its price range. This is my second stay at this hotel, and I continue to be impressed. The atmosphere is delightful, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The breakfast offerings are also quite enjoyable. I love the easy access to the coffee shop in their lobby as I don’t have to go far when I have my matcha cravings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience.

New and very clean hotel. Should be rated as a 4-star hotel rather than 3. Staffs were polite and professional. Had a great experience here and would want
to stay here again. Morning breakfast buffet was only
ok and a bit on pricey side. The Thai styled “kee-mao” stir fried spaghetti was nice. Wished there were more food varieties.

1) Location of the hotel is good and centralised.
2) Room is clean and spacious.
3) Breakfast buffet provided was scrumptious and delicious with different menu served everyday.
4) Hotel is quiet at night.
5) Service provided by staff was excellent.

The hotel smells new and modern, and the greenery design is incredible, breakfast serving is typical but choices are satisfied. Overall value for money and easy access to shopping mall.

Look so good, but the staff is very impolite. And they have no toothbrush provided, so you must bring your own toothbrush to the hotel.
