Good service , very good breakfast , free parking . Nice location by the fjord with a nice view . Friendly staff.

Nice Hotel with good location and free parking close to town resturaunts with a great watervwiev and mountains souroundings. Breakfast was outstandind as always on Scandic Hotels. The standard room have a great bed andgood size with small office place

Nice hotel, beautiful location. The only person I met there that I didn’t vibe with was a young girl in the restaurant and the rest of the staff was very helpful, kind and service minded. This might not be the best city to visit for a group of party goers, but if you’re passing through and/or If you’re there because you wanna see some great nature do stay at this hotel.

I love coming back to rock city its a great hotel and have a perfect view in the morning🙂 i will be coming back next year for sure Thanks for this time rock city good seeing u again after 12 years apart

The hotel is nice and clean with good Breakfast, but the rooms have no A/C, was expensive and there was a lot of noise from the nearby road as we had to keep the Windows open to let som air in. I imagine I could stay here wintertime, but will never visit again in summertime. Could find much more comfortable options for way less money.

The hotel was clean and the service was good. The breakfast - included in the cost of stay - was tasty. There is a large parking lot adjacent to the hotel where you can park, though figuring out parking was initially a bit confusing. The hotel rooms either do not have air conditioning or their air conditioning was not working well. My room, which was in the sun, was too warm and was equipped with a rotating fan. My father's room, which was not in the sun, was quite pleasant and had no fan. We very much appreciated the museum's rock-and-roll themed decorations. Many Norwegian musicians started their career in the city of Namsos, where this museum is located, and the museum celebrates their work. When we stayed there, a tour bus from a 1970s rock band was parked near the entrance to the hotel - a bus belonging to the Norwegian progressive rock band "Prudence." After we left the museum, we listened to that band's music while driving around Norway. Fun!

Ideal location right on the water. What a view! Room was just the right size with appropriate amenities. Staff were courteous and friendly. Parking was free and convenient. The breakfast was beyond amazing.!! I've never seen such a variety of food options at a hotel. Great stay!

Our stay at Scandic rock city was marvellous. We were a family of 4. Our rooms were perfect, interconnected and the views were amazing. The breakfast which was included was very good. It was located in the city centre so you could walk anywhere. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
